10月14日，中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平在深圳經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)建立40 周年慶祝大會(huì)上發(fā)表重要講話(huà)。海外各界人士表示，在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化遭遇逆流，貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義、單邊主義上升的當(dāng)下，講話(huà)向世界展示了中國(guó)在更高起點(diǎn)上推進(jìn)改革開(kāi)放的信心決心，彰顯出中國(guó)堅(jiān)定不移推動(dòng)建設(shè)開(kāi)放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)，世界期待更多參與中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)的改革開(kāi)放發(fā)展，與中國(guó)攜手構(gòu)建共商共建共享共贏新格局。

Chinese President Xi Jinping, also General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Chairman of the Central Military Commission,delivered an important speech at a conference celebrating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. As the economic globalization retrogresses and trade protectionism and unilateralism reemerge, the speech showed foreign countries China’s confidence and determination on further promoting reform and opening-up and its unswerving attitudes towards the building of an open world economy. The world is expecting a greater role in reform and opening-up in special economic zones of China and will work with the country for shared growth and win-win results through consultation and collaboration.

During its intensified opening-up, China contributes to the increase of international trade volume and powers the global economic growth. The country now owns special production competitiveness and shapes a complete chain covering technology R&D and product manufacturing, making it appealing to foreign countries.
