重慶市對(duì)外友協(xié)與韓國(guó)釜山國(guó)際交流財(cái)團(tuán)簽署友好合作關(guān)系協(xié)議

7月31日，重慶市對(duì)外友協(xié)與韓國(guó)釜山國(guó)際交流財(cái)團(tuán)通過(guò)視頻會(huì)議就下一個(gè)10年加強(qiáng)友好合作關(guān)系簽署協(xié)議。市對(duì)外友協(xié)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)王廣成、釜山國(guó)際交流財(cái)團(tuán)事務(wù)總長(zhǎng)鄭鐘弼、中國(guó)駐釜山副總領(lǐng)事涂敬昌出席視頻會(huì)并致辭，重慶暨華中學(xué)校、釜山蓮一中學(xué)等校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及優(yōu)秀學(xué)生代表參與線上交流活動(dòng)。

王廣成在致辭中表示，2020年是重慶市對(duì)外友協(xié)與釜山國(guó)際交流財(cái)團(tuán)簽訂友好交流協(xié)定十周年，兩機(jī)構(gòu)在協(xié)定框架下開展青少年交流項(xiàng)目，雙方共計(jì)互派18批278人次青少年代表團(tuán)進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)，為加深重慶市與友城釜山市友誼作出積極貢獻(xiàn)。相信共同戰(zhàn)“疫”成功后，雙方友好感情會(huì)進(jìn)一步加深，各領(lǐng)域交往合作會(huì)更加活躍。

出席會(huì)議的全體人員共同觀看了由暨華中學(xué)與釜山蓮一中共同錄制的“山水之鄰風(fēng)雨相濟(jì)”十周年紀(jì)念視頻。

市政府外辦二級(jí)巡視員魯進(jìn)、亞洲處有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人，渝北區(qū)教委專職副書記熊德憲，重慶暨華中學(xué)校副書記王承菊等出席視頻會(huì)。

On July 31， the Chongqing Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries signed an agreement of friendly and cooperative relations with Busan Foundation for International Cooperation （BFIC） on strengthening the partnerships in the next decade through video conference. Wang Guangcheng， Deputy Chairman of Chongqing Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， Chung Jongpil， Secretary General of the BFIC， and Tu Jingchang， Chinese Deputy Consul-General in Busan attended the video conference and delivered speeches. School leaders of Chongqing Jihua Middle School and Busan Lianyi Middle School， and outstanding student representatives attended the online exchange event.

Wang Guangcheng said in his speech that the year of 2020 marks the tenth anniversary of the friendly exchange agreement signed between Chongqing Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and BFIC. The two organizations carried out teenager exchange projects under the framework agreement. Both parties have sent 18 batches of teenager delegations for mutual visits with 278 members in total， contributing to the deepening of friendship between Chongqing and its friendship city Busan. It is believed that after beating the COVID-19， the bilateral friendships will be further enhanced and cooperation in various fields will be more active.

All the participants viewed the 10th anniversary video titled "Mutual Assistance as Amicable Neighbors"， which was recorded by Jihua Middle School and Busan Lianyi Middle School.

Lu Jin， Level-II Inspector of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government， representative of Asian Affairs Department， Xiong Dexian， full-time Deputy Secretary of Yubei District Education Commission， and Wang Chengju， Deputy Secretary of Chongqing Jihua Middle School attended the video conference.
