經與行業(yè)國際科技會議積極合作,本刊特邀會上作報告的國際專家撰寫原創(chuàng)英文論文,將其翻譯成中文刊登,原文作為附文,以期為國際專家和中國糧油工作者之間架起雙語閱讀的學術交流橋梁。
2019年11月15日-17日,由河南工業(yè)大學、河南省農產品加工與貯藏工程學會共同主辦的“第二屆國際糧油食品科學與技術發(fā)展論壇暨第六屆河南省農產品加工與貯藏工程學會學術年會”在河南工業(yè)大學隆重召開(中國鄭州)。本刊 2020年第 4期已中英雙語刊登該論壇特約專家荷蘭 Agrolab集團Mar Verhoeff資深顧問和土耳其伊斯坦布爾科技大學Derya Kahveci博士的兩篇文章。
本期繼續(xù)刊登該論壇作大會主題報告的第三位特約專家——美國田納西大學生物系統(tǒng)工程和土壤科學系Douglas G. Hayes教授兼美國《表面活性劑和洗滌劑》(Journal of Surfactants and Detergents)雜志主編,為我刊專門撰寫的綜述《可持續(xù)生產再生資源的表面活性劑》(英文),聚焦表面活性劑在研究和開發(fā)方面取得的最新進展,以改善其在整個生命周期的生態(tài)可持續(xù)性。文章及作者介紹詳見本期P31-P48。

Through active cooperation with International Conferences of Grain Science and Technology, the international experts who make the report at the meeting were invited to write original English papers,which were further translated into Chinese and published. The original text is also used as an attachment, we hope this behavior will build a bridge for academic exchange between international experts,Chinese readers and industry workers in the grain and oil fields.
The 2nd International Forum on Science and Technology Development of Grains, Oils and Foodstuffs and the 6th Annual Conference of Henan Agricultural Products Processing and Storage Engineering Society, co-sponsored by Henan University of Technology and Henan Agricultural Products Processing and Storage Engineering Society, were held in Henan University of Technology,Zhengzhou, China, November 15-17, 2019. In the 4th issue of 2020,our journal had published articles in Chinese and English languages by two Forum's contributing experts, Mar Verhoeff, Senior Advisor of the Netherlands Agrolab Group, and Dr. Derya Kahveci, from Istanbul University of Science and Technology, Turkey.
The third contributing expert of the Forum, Douglas G. Hayes, a professor at Department of Bio-systems Engineering and Soil Science at the University of Tennessee, Editor-in Chief ofJournal of Surfactants and DetergentsinUSA, had written an overview for us to publish in this issue, titled "Sustainable Production of Surfactants from Renewable Resources" which will focus on recent advances on research and development of surfactants to improve their ecological sustainability throughout their life cycle.
