摘? 要: 為了實現(xiàn)數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃,提出基于WebGIS的數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃模型,構(gòu)建數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃的GIS大數(shù)據(jù)分析模型,對數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃WebGIS大數(shù)據(jù)進行融合調(diào)度處理,建立基于WebGIS的城市規(guī)劃的統(tǒng)計特征提取模型,基于空間信息點標定的方法進行數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃過程中的空間定位,通過數(shù)據(jù)融合和模糊C均值聚類分析的方法進行數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃的WebGIS數(shù)據(jù)檢測,采用分段擬合的方法建立數(shù)字城市空間規(guī)劃的大數(shù)據(jù)融合調(diào)度模型,實現(xiàn)數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃。采用C/S構(gòu)架和ARM嵌入式技術進行數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃模型系統(tǒng)的軟件開發(fā),系統(tǒng)包括WebGIS信息采集模塊、總線控制模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫模塊、人機交互模塊和數(shù)據(jù)處理終端模塊等。仿真結(jié)果表明,采用該方法進行數(shù)字城市規(guī)劃模型設計的智能性較好,對WebGIS數(shù)據(jù)的訪問和調(diào)度能力較強。

System design and function implementation of digital urban
planning model based on WebGIS

Abstract: In order to realize digital urban planning, the digital urban planning model based on WebGIS (Web Geographic Information System) is put forward. The GIS big data analysis model of digital urban planning is constructed to integrate and schedule the WebGIS big data of digital urban planning. The statistical feature extraction model of urban planning based on WebGIS is established, and the spatial positioning in the process of digital urban planning is performed based on the method of spatial information point calibration. The WebGIS data detection of digital urban planning are performed by data fusion and fuzzy C?means clustering analysis, and the big data fusion scheduling model of digital urban spatial planning is established with the piecewise fitting method to realize digital urban planning. The software of digital urban planning model system is developed with [C/S] architecture and ARM embedded technology. The system includes WebGIS information acquisition model, bus control module, database module, human?computer interaction module and data processing terminal module. The simulation results show that the digital urban planning model design based on this method has good intelligence and strong ability to access and schedule the WebGIS data.
