2020外國領(lǐng)事館新春工作聯(lián)誼會相約重慶 合作共贏

1月10日，由市政府外辦、渝中區(qū)政府共同舉辦的“相約重慶·合作共贏”2020外國領(lǐng)事館新春工作聯(lián)誼會在渝舉行。25個國家駐重慶、成都總領(lǐng)事館的領(lǐng)事官員及主要工作人員，重慶市與外國領(lǐng)館聯(lián)系密切的相關(guān)單位、外國機構(gòu)、媒體代表出席了聯(lián)誼會。中外朋友歡聚一堂，共同回顧過去一年友好交往合作取得的豐碩成果，暢敘多年建立起的深厚情誼，展望未來發(fā)展的美好愿景。市政府副市長李波出席活動并致辭，市政府副秘書長汪夔萬，市政府外辦黨組書記章勇武，渝中區(qū)委書記黃玉林，區(qū)委副書記、區(qū)長左永祥出席活動。

聯(lián)誼會上，李波代表市政府向出席聯(lián)誼會的全體領(lǐng)事官員和嘉賓致以誠摯的節(jié)日問候和美好祝愿。李波表示，在過去一年，重慶外事領(lǐng)域成績喜人，訪渝重要嘉賓同比增長31%;來渝駐華大使同比增長2.4倍;成功舉辦上海合作組織地方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會晤、2019中新雙邊合作機制會議等國際會議17場、各類專業(yè)性國際會議45場，同比增長73%;烏拉圭、白俄羅斯來渝設(shè)立總領(lǐng)事館，各國駐渝蓉領(lǐng)館與重慶共同舉辦經(jīng)貿(mào)人文交流活動超過100場;國際友好城市達到48對、友好交流城市104對。這些成績的取得，離不開各國領(lǐng)事機構(gòu)的支持和幫助，各國總領(lǐng)事館已經(jīng)成為重慶與有關(guān)國家緊密聯(lián)系、交流合作的重要橋梁和紐帶。重慶擁有聞名世界的美食、美景和美好的商業(yè)機會，希望未來重慶可以與各國總領(lǐng)事館加深合作，擴寬領(lǐng)域，攜手開創(chuàng)重慶與各國友好交流合作的新篇章。

章勇武感謝各國駐渝蓉領(lǐng)事館在助推重慶內(nèi)陸開放高地建設(shè)中予以的支持、幫助和參與。他表示，2020年市政府外辦將攜手各國領(lǐng)事館，在高層交往、經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、人文交流、地方友好、科技創(chuàng)新等領(lǐng)域持續(xù)深化合作。同時，也將進一步為領(lǐng)館大家庭營造更好的工作生活環(huán)境，讓外交官們在重慶工作順心、生活舒心。

匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事羅瀾、澳大利亞駐成都總領(lǐng)事林明皓分別代表外國駐重慶、成都領(lǐng)事機構(gòu)致辭。他們回顧了過去一年在重慶開展的各項交流活動，感謝重慶市政府對各國領(lǐng)事館在渝開展工作的大力支持，并表示期待2020年與重慶開展更深入的交流合作。

聯(lián)誼活動中，渝中區(qū)政府及匈牙利、烏拉圭、英國、加拿大等國駐渝總領(lǐng)事館表演了精心準備的文藝節(jié)目，大家在其樂融融的氛圍中共敘友誼、共謀發(fā)展。

On January 10， the 2020 Spring Festival Gala with Foreign Consulates General was held in Chongqing， which was co-hosted by Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and Yu Zhong District Peoples Government. Diplomats from 25 consulates in Chongqing and Chengdu， as well as representatives of relevant Chongqing departments， foreign institutions， and media with close ties to foreign consulates attended the reception. At the reception， friends from home and abroad gather together to review the fruits of friendly exchanges and cooperation in the past year， recount the profound friendship established over the years and envision the beautiful future. Li Bo， Vice Mayor of Chongqing joined the event and delivered a speech. Wang Kuiwan， Deputy Secretary General of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， Zhang Yongwu， Secretary of the Party Group of Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office， Huang Yulin， Secretary of the CPC Yuzhong District Committee， Zuo Yongxiang， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yuzhong District Committee and District Mayor of Yuzhong District attended the event.

Li Bo， on behalf of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， extended festival greetings and sincere wishes for the diplomats and guests attending the event. Li Bo said that in the past year， Chongqing made remarkable achievements in foreign affairs， with the number of important guests visiting Chongqing increasing by 31% year on year and the visits to Chongqing made by foreign ambassadors to China up by 2.4 times; Chongqing successfully hosted 17 international conferences including 2019 Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO） Heads of Region Meeting， 2019 China-Singapore bilateral cooperation mechanism meetings， and 45 specialized international meetings， an year-on-year increase of 45%; the Consulates General of Uruguay and Belarus have been set up in Chongqing; the city jointly held more than 100 economic， trade and cultural exchanges with the consulates; and the number of international sister cities of Chongqing has reached 48 while that of the cities having friendly exchanges with Chongqing has amounted to 104. Those fruits could not be gained without the support and assistance from foreign consulates， which have already become bridges and bonds between Chongqing and the the countries they represent. He said that Chongqing is a city with world-famous food， stunning sceneries and promising business opportunities and he wishes that Chongqing and foreign consulates could deepen and expand cooperation， and work together to write a new chapter of cooperation.

Zhang Wuyong thanked the consulates in Chongqing and Chengdu for their support， assistance and participation in Chongqings endeavor to build the city as an opening-up highland in inland China. He said that in 2020 Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office will continue to work with the consulates to deepen cooperation in areas including high-level visits， economic and trade， people-to-people and cultural exchanges， local government friendship， science and technology， etc. At the same time， the office will work harder to ensure good living and working environment for the diplomats， so that they can enjoy the work and life in Chongqing.

Mr. Dióssi Lóránd， Consul General of Hungary in Chongqing and Mr. Christopher Lim， Consul General of Australia in Chengdu delivered speeches on behalf of foreign consulates in the two cities. They reviewed the exchanges held in Chongqing throughout last year， thanked Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government for the great support given to the consulates in Chongqing， and expressed their expectation for more in-depth exchanges and cooperation with Chongqing in the coming year.

At the gala， Yuzhong District Government， Consulates General of Uruguay， the UK， Canada and other countries staged well-prepared performances. People refreshed friendship， discussed common development， and enjoyed the event.
