深圳寶安壹方城購物中心(UniWalk)是大型城市綜合體壹方中心的重要組成部分。壹方中心位于深圳市寶安中心區(qū)，毗鄰寶安區(qū)政府和前海自貿(mào)區(qū)，為地鐵(1號線、5號線)上蓋物業(yè)，總建筑面積逾80萬平方米，為集商業(yè)、辦公、住宅于一體的高端城市綜合體項目。

壹方城定位為綜合多元主題體驗Mall，其室內(nèi)設(shè)計由在城市綜合體建筑設(shè)計領(lǐng)域享有盛譽的美國Laguarda.Low Architects (簡稱LLA)建筑設(shè)計公司擔(dān)綱。LLA的設(shè)計工作實質(zhì)上可分為兩塊：首先，基于壹方城的商業(yè)定位和業(yè)態(tài)構(gòu)成，對已有方案從商業(yè)布局、人流動線、空間形態(tài)、垂直交通等方面進行徹底梳理和全面調(diào)整；然后再轉(zhuǎn)入壹方城室內(nèi)公共空間和公共設(shè)施(衛(wèi)生間、電梯轎廂、問詢臺等)的裝修設(shè)計。兩者在理念和目標(biāo)上一脈相承。

購物中心室內(nèi)設(shè)計除了需要滿足商業(yè)對于布局、動線、空間等的基于規(guī)范、邏輯、理性和經(jīng)驗的要求外，在更高的層面上是要營造出符合商業(yè)體定位的場所氛圍和個性特質(zhì)，使得人們流連忘返，輕松愉悅，最終達到助力購物中心經(jīng)營效益的目的，此謂設(shè)計創(chuàng)造價值。

壹方城是一個高端定位的購物中心，對于它的室內(nèi)設(shè)計，LLA意圖營造出一種收放有致、圓通流暢、活力涌動、品質(zhì)高雅的獨特調(diào)性。取意于自然界河流與峽谷的流轉(zhuǎn)、收放和層疊之相，在壹方城室內(nèi)公共空間的組織方面，LLA以“源”、“灣”、“匯”為主題概念，為三個主要中庭空間賦予基調(diào)，再加上連接它們之間的線性空間的起承轉(zhuǎn)合，以及光影和燈光效果，成就了一部恢宏跌宕、千徊百轉(zhuǎn)、流暢委婉的生動樂章。

壹方城的室內(nèi)設(shè)計避免了傳統(tǒng)購物中心室內(nèi)空間大而無當(dāng)、單調(diào)乏味的通病，它致力于讓空間流動起來，讓人們興奮起來，把人流帶到商場的每一個角落。壹方城營造了一個具有豐富體驗感、獨特個性、高雅品質(zhì)的商業(yè)場所，也為城市提供了一個有品質(zhì)的城市生活目的地。

Designed as an urban destination, UniWalk Mall is a multi-theme retail addition to UniCenter, a high-end mixed-use development in Bao’an District, Shenzhen.Strategically located, UniWalk Mall contributes significantly to the upgrade of local life with its rich program and attractive design.

The interior of UniWalk Mall is filled with abundant natural light through an expansive mall-long skylight.Itsinterior design avoids repetition of vast, rigid and static spaces often associated with shopping malls.Instead, LLA has created a series of free flowing, exciting and rhythmed spaces, with high-tech finishes and choreographed circulation patterns.

Inspired by the motion of water and the shape of gorges, each of the mall’s three main atriums is given a theme, respectively Source(源), Progression(灣) and Convergence (匯).The atriums and their connections, i.e.the corridors (motion), combine together to create a serious of experiences, such as movement, expectation and excitement.Within the overall unifying spatial structure, there are also variations, such as setbacks of the floors, and turning of the openings on different levels.Yet, the design language is consistent throughout.UniWalk is both a pleasant shopping mall and an exciting urban lifestyle destination.
