胃鏡下活檢病理診斷高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變的價(jià)值及安全性分析

【摘?要】目的：探討胃鏡下活檢病理診斷高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變的價(jià)值。方法：回顧性分析2017年9月至2019年3月在我機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行檢查的30例高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變樣本，分析樣本的病變特征，并和高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變樣本對(duì)應(yīng)患者術(shù)后病理分析結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：30例高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變樣本，胃鏡下病變食管上端病變5例，食管中段病變18例，食管下段病變3例，局部黏膜糜爛、微隆、粗糙24例。胃鏡下隆起性、環(huán)周病灶6例，高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變27例，浸潤(rùn)癌3例。結(jié)論：胃鏡活檢病理診斷高級(jí)別上皮內(nèi)瘤變的價(jià)值明顯，對(duì)于臨床治療有著極其重要的指導(dǎo)意義，該檢測(cè)方法值得重視，且檢測(cè)人員需注意檢測(cè)方法的規(guī)范性、全面性。

【Abstract】Objective：?to?evaluate?the?value?of?gastroscopy?in?the?pathological?diagnosis?of?high?grade?intraepithelial?tumors.?Methods：?from?September?2017?to?Maych?2019，?30?samples?of?high-grade?intraepithelial?neoplastic?lesions?were?analyzed?retrospectively.?the?pathological?features?of?the?samples?were?analyzed?and?compared?with?the?postoperative?pathological?analysis?structure?of?the?high-grade?intraepithelial?neoplastic?samples.?Results：?there?were?30?cases?of?high?grade?intraepithelial?neoplastic?lesions，?5?cases?of?upper?esophageal?lesions，?18?cases?of?middle?esophageal?lesions，?3?cases?of?lower?esophageal?lesions，?24?cases?of?local?mucosal?erosion，?microbulging?and?rough.?Gastroscopy?protruding，?circumferential?lesions?in?6?cases，?high?grade?There?were?27?cases?of?intraepithelial?tumor?and?3?cases?of?invasive?carcinoma.?Conclusion：?gastroscopy?is?of?great?value?in?the?pathological?diagnosis?of?high?grade?intraepithelial?tumors，?which?is?of?great?significance?for?clinical?treatment.?This?detection?method?is?worth?paying?attention?to，?and?the?examiners?should?pay?attention?to?the?standardization?and?comprehensiveness?of?the?detection?methods.
