Saving Our Earth

It is very important to deal with the rubbish in cities. For one thing, rubbish may cause a lot of pollution. It may pollute the air, the water and the places we live in. For another, it may do harm to peoples health.

So in our city, rubbish is well dealt with. First, it is sorted. Then old newspapers and glass are recycled. The harmful wastes are buried and the waste water is cleaned before it goes into the river. The government has already made laws against pollution caused by rubbish.

But thats not enough. We must all try our. best to prevent rubbish from polluting the environment so as to. save our city and our living place.

Check Answers Online

The development of Internet brings a lot of convenience to our life. People can use computer to improve their efficiency. For a student like me, I can use computer to find out all kinds of answers. At first, I liked to ask for my parents help when I met difficulties on my homework. As I went to high school, my parents couldnt help me sometimes, so I searched the Internet. I found that people would provide me the answers and they even told me how to solve. It was so fast and saves my time to think about the answers. Later, I copied the answers directly without thinking a minute. In the long run, I found myself lag behind others and couldnt solve problems without searching the answers. I depended on Internet too much. I realized my problems. Since then, I only search the answers when I had done the homework.

Looked Back On Last Year

The new year is coming soon, time flies and it is time for me to look back on the passed days, so as to improve myself. I remembered the targets that I made last year. I made up my mind to read some books and went to many places with friends. On the summer vacation, I did travel with my friends and we had a great time. I learned a lot during the trips and became more independent. But I didnt finish the target to read books, the reason was that I was too busy with my study. I knew it was just an excuse for my weakness. I was just lazy sometimes, even I had enough time to finish my task. So in the new year, I must finish reading the books and broaden my vision. All I need is to read one hour a day.

My English Teacher

Once I studied in middle school, I met a very nice English teacher. Her name was Clara. Although I have left her for a long time, I still remember her very well. It was her who gave me the enthusiasm to learn English, and it was also her who pulled me up when I stumbled.

The first time I saw her, I was very surprised, because she was very young and beautiful. She was also humorous. She always made her classes lively and interesting. As she always did the activities with us, she was not only our teacher, but also our best partner.

Whats more, she was very patient and responsible. Every time I was in trouble, she always offered me a hand. She was willing to communicate with me. I didnt know how to appreciate her. Without her, my English cant be so good.

My Photo Album

Yesterday, my mother clean the house, she did the big cleaning, so she searched every corner of the house, many old things were dig out, like the toys when I owned at the very early age. But there was one thing surprised me most, it is my photo album, my mother was happy to find it, she opened it to me, I saw myself in different stages. The photo album recorded me since I was born, I saw the wonderful moment my parents wrote, like the date I first talked, my parents took the picture of the moment. Seeing these moments, I felt so thankful to my parents, for not only they recording these beautiful moment, but also for they raise me up, they are such good parents that they cultivate me with all their hearts. I will return them when I grow up.

Score and Ability

Imagine there are two students, one is good at getting high score in the exams and the other is good at many practical skills, so who will be popular? In school, there is no doubt that teachers like the former person, because education pays attention to the exam, and score is always the standard to judge a student. While in the job market, the latter is favored by the employers. They expect someone who has the practical skills and can make profits for the company. Score doesnt mean ability. In school, some talented kids will be ignored because of low score. They are easy to miss the chance of making differences. So we cant judge a person by score, which ability is also the important part to measure a person, even ability take over the score.
