一、教學(xué)目標

1.Learn to write a persuasive letter about garbage classification issues學(xué)會寫一篇關(guān)于垃圾分類的倡議信

2.Learn to identify different types of garbage and encourage students to take an active part in garbage classification， thus raising their awareness of environmental protection.

學(xué)會辨別不同種類垃圾，并積極主動參與垃圾分類，進而提高環(huán)保意識。

3.Promote students analyzing and problem-solving ability and critical thinking ability.

進一步提高學(xué)生分析問題解決問題的能力和批判性思維能力。

二、教學(xué)重難點

1.The structure， content and language of a persuasive letter and the way to write it well.

倡議信文本結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)容和語言特點，及其寫作方法。

2.Identification of different types of trash.如何辨別不同種類垃圾，尤其是一些難以識別的垃圾種類。

3.Words and expressions concerning garbage sorting.與垃圾分類相關(guān)的詞匯及短語的積累。

三、教材分析

The last period of this Module focusing on the topic of environmental protection is to write a persuasive letter. First ，students are presented with a passage about the Clear Your Plate Campaign .Then， students are encouraged to write a persuasive letter concerning garbage sorting.本單元主題為環(huán)境保護，本節(jié)課是本單元最后一節(jié)課，即學(xué)寫一篇應(yīng)用文---有關(guān)垃圾分類的倡議書。首先，應(yīng)用文寫作是日常生活必備技能。其次，作為新時尚，垃圾分類應(yīng)是新時代高中生的必修課。

四、學(xué)情分析

On one hand， high school students enthusiasm can be easily aroused， because students are open to new fashions and trends and have strong sense of social responsibility. Meanwhile， trash sorting is closely related to students daily life， with tons of papers thrown away everywhere. Students are highly interested in this topic and eager to do their little bit in the campaign. On the other hand ， students are lacking in words and expressions concerning trash sorting.新時代高中生，樂于接受新鮮事物，同時有很強的社會責任意識，垃圾分類，這一新時尚關(guān)乎學(xué)生日常生活學(xué)習(xí)，很容易引起學(xué)生興趣。但，垃圾分類術(shù)語的英語表達是學(xué)生們所欠缺的。
