Research on the Efficiency of Financial Funds for Supporting Agriculture from the Perspective of Synergy

Abstract：In the new era， the problems of agriculture， rural areas and farmers that China is facing cannot be underestimated， and it needs the strong support of relevant government departments， especially in the financial support for agriculture. However， for a long time， we have been concerned that the use efficiency of financial funds for supporting agriculture lies in the "government"， but we have greatly neglected that the use efficiency of financial funds for supporting agriculture also lies in the "multi-agent"， which needs multi-agent cooperation. In the past， the government only played a unilateral role in the use， operation and supervision of financial funds for supporting agriculture， and the effect was not obvious. Therefore， this paper， based on the existing problems in the use efficiency of financial funds for supporting agriculture， from the perspective of synergy， combined with the advantages of the government， the National Peoples Congress， and the public， puts forward the optimization countermeasures for improving the use efficiency of financial funds for supporting agriculture by constructing the use system with the government as the core and the peoples Congress and the public participating in synergy.
