泮托拉唑聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療消化性潰瘍出血的臨床效果

[摘要]目的 探討泮托拉唑聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療消化性潰瘍出血的臨床效果。方法 收集2018年1～12月我院收治的80例消化性潰瘍出血患者，按照患者入院先后順序?qū)⑵浞譃閷?duì)照組和觀察組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組僅給予奧美拉唑進(jìn)行治療，觀察組給予泮托拉唑與奧美拉唑聯(lián)合治療。觀察兩組患者的臨床總有效率、治療后出血量、出血停止時(shí)間、嘔血次數(shù)、黑便次數(shù)、每日治療費(fèi)用及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 觀察組的總有效率為90.00%，高于對(duì)照組的75.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組的治療后出血量、嘔血次數(shù)、黑便次數(shù)明顯少于對(duì)照組，出血停止時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組，每日治療費(fèi)用明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組的不良反應(yīng)總發(fā)生率為10.00%，明顯低于對(duì)照組的27.50%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 泮托拉唑聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療消化性潰瘍出血的臨床效果顯著，能有效減少患者的出血量、嘔血次數(shù)及黑便次數(shù)，縮短其恢的復(fù)時(shí)間，緩解其經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pantoprazole combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods All of 80 patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were collected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospital admission， 40 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with Omeprazole， while the observation group was treated with Pantoprazole combined with Omeprazole. The total clinical effective rate， the amount of bleeding after treatment， the stop time of bleeding， the number of hematemesis， the number of black stools， the daily cost of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in patients of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%， which was higher than 75.00% of the control group， with statistical significance （P<0.05）. The amount of bleeding after treatment， the number of hematemesis and the number of black stools in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group， the stop time of bleeding was significantly shorter than that in the control group， and the daily treatment cost was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group （27.50%）. Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage has a significant clinical effect. It can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding， the number of hematemesis and the number of black stools， shorten the recovery time and alleviate the economic pressure of patients.
