      Measures to improve early childhood education in the new era

      Abstract:In recent years,the liberalization of the two-child policy has increased the importance attached to the early childhood education in all walks of life.It is necessary to apply appropriate teaching methods in the teaching process of early childhood education so as to effectively improve the teaching standards of early childhood education and effectively cultivate young children.Learning ability in all aspects.However,it can be seen from the actual early childhood education that the method of early childhood education is too single and rigid,which affects the healthy development of children’s body and mind.Therefore,this paper has put forward countermeasures to improve early childhood education,hoping to effectively solve the problems in kindergartens.

      (1) Improving the professional quality of preschool teachers

      The professional quality of teachers is a key factor in determining the quality of kindergarten teaching.Only by continuously improving the professional quality of teachers through various channels can we teachThe real improvement in the quality of learning.There are many ways to improve the professional quality of teachers.First of all,kindergartens can provide teachers with opportunities for further study and consolidate their theoretical foundations.Secondly,the overall business quality of teachers can be checked and improved through activities such as teaching skills competition in the park,listening to academic reports,and collective reading.The most feasible and important way is to give teachers a certain degree of autonomy,encourage everyone to conduct in-depth research on the problems found in their own teaching process,and create an atmosphere in which everyone participates in scientific research and everyone is a preschool expert.

      (2) Provide more learning space for young children

      The healthy development of young children in kindergartens is the goal of modern education reform.Kindergartens should promote the accumulation of cultural knowledge among young children,pay attention to the development of children’s subjective consciousness,cultivate children’s desire to explore,let children better express their views,and create a good learning environment for young children.Young children are full of curiosity about all the unknown things.With the growth of China’s comprehensive national strength,the children’s family situation is better now,and parents will try their best to create a good living environment for the baby.Therefore,the novelty things that young children see today are much more than before.The curiosity of young children is stronger than ever,so the reform of modern education must bring a new and interesting way of education for young children.In modern education,the learning space of young children has become larger,and the environment for children to receive information has moved from a monotonous classroom to a more modern and innovative way of education.The growth environment for young children has shifted from kindergarten to family and society.the too broad learning space.This is also modern.The purpose of education reform

      (3) Rational use of teaching equipment to mobilize children’s interest in learning

      Early childhood education should be easy,focusing on enlightenment,and instilling knowledge with students in junior high school and high school.Early childhood education can’t put too much learning burden on young children,which may make children feel tired of learning.The best way for young children to teach is games and toys.On the one hand,love is the nature of young children.Games and toys can help them develop their ability to observe and understand the world while satisfying their nature.On the other hand,games and toys can keep young children curious about unknown things.If teachers can use teaching materials reasonably,they can effectively inspire children’s thinking and imagination.Multimedia teaching has the vivid and vivid advantages,which can make children have great interest.Therefore,teachers should firmly grasp the psychological characteristics of children’s curiosity about sound and animation.
