園藝小鎮(zhèn)大師工坊及商業(yè)街

商業(yè)街位于中心廣場(chǎng)的南側(cè)，由兩側(cè)的建筑群沿南北方向成組布置而形成主要的街巷空間，布局肌理遵循戍邊時(shí)期軍隊(duì)屯營(yíng)制。街道兩側(cè)是具有代表性的北方傳統(tǒng)民居建筑，主街上每隔幾米分支出東西方向的小巷。

商業(yè)街西側(cè)為體驗(yàn)商鋪、東側(cè)為大師工坊，結(jié)構(gòu)形式均采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)。建筑的立面材料和沿街整體風(fēng)格結(jié)合當(dāng)代建筑語境下的新中式風(fēng)格和延慶當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄖ牧希ㄈ缁掖u和石材）并輔以木材裝飾。街道整體效果展現(xiàn)時(shí)代感和園藝主題的同時(shí)不失古樸的韻味。兩側(cè)的建筑組團(tuán)在展會(huì)期間服務(wù)于國(guó)內(nèi)外游客，展會(huì)過后將服務(wù)于小鎮(zhèn)游客及當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娊?jīng)營(yíng)的相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)。

The commercial street is located on the south side of the central square. The buildings on both sides are arranged in groups from both north and south directions in forming the central street. The layout follows the military system of the border period. The buildings on both sides of the street are representative of northern Chinese residential buildings, and by every few metres on the main a lane way branches out towards the east and west directions.

The west side of the commercial streets are experimental pop-up shops, the east side are workshops, and the structural form features traditional Chinese houses. The facade materials of the building and the overall style of the street combine the contemporary Chinese style of architecture and the local building materials of Yanqing (such as gray bricks and stone and wood). The overall effect of the street reveals a sense of the time and the theme of gardening without losing the quaint charm. The building groups on both sides serve domestic and foreign tourists during the exhibition. After the exhibition, they will continue to serve the tourists and industries operated by the local people.
