建筑設計：孫樂/北京城建設計發(fā)展集團股份有限公司創(chuàng)作中心

園區(qū)以“我家院兒”為主題，反映市民對美好生活的向往。采用四合院與胡同的形式體現(xiàn)本地特色。以筑山、理水、植木、造景等手法，打造園區(qū)“八景”。胡同的引入是一次創(chuàng)新，三段胡同回環(huán)曲折，形成類似“迷園”的前導空間。胡同起到了“抑景”的作用，置身其中，游客可以通過石雕與木雕的漏窗隱約看到深藏于胡同后的五彩斑斕的園藝世界，給人以較強的探索欲。

The theme of this garden is "Courtyard of My Family", reflecting that people yearn for a better life.Siheyuan and Hutong, the typical Beijing type of residence, were constructed in this garden. Through the methods of mountain-building, water-keeping,tree-planting landscape-making, we create eight scenic spots inside of this garden.

The introduction of Hutong is an innovation.The three sections of zigzagged Hutong form a leading space similar to the "garden maze".Hutongs play a role of "suppression of landscape".Visitors can see the colourful garden hidden behind the Hutongs through the figured windows of stone and wooden carvings, which brings exploration desire.
