亞洲廣場是一個建筑面積為24.65萬平方米的雙子塔綜合地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目,提供辦公、酒店、商業(yè)和娛樂設(shè)施,是當(dāng)?shù)厣虡I(yè)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中高效環(huán)保設(shè)計(jì)的先驅(qū)。
塔樓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層面積約達(dá)3,300平方米,提供了高效能現(xiàn)代工作空間。為了使形體上看起來沒有突兀感,設(shè)計(jì)巧妙地將兩棟塔樓從一個簡單的直角交叉裙樓上緩緩抽起.兩座塔樓看似好像分別由一簇8根高低不等的細(xì)長立柱組成,恍如曼哈頓城的縮影。
裙樓外形簡單整齊,好像一個浮在地面上的大冰塊.它將整個地塊首層收納其中,為城市提供了一個巨大的方形半室內(nèi)的空間。這個6,000平方米的方塊形的城市空間,高17米,成為整個項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)亮點(diǎn)。自然光線和新鮮空氣的流通通過天窗實(shí)現(xiàn),咖啡廳和各樣特色小吧為這個商務(wù)中心的公共活動區(qū)注入了生機(jī)和活力。
一號塔樓為38層的辦公樓,五星級的威斯汀酒店則坐落在二號塔樓26層辦公空間之上,空中泳池設(shè)在35層的高空露臺上。
Designed as one of the region's most environmentally efficient commercial developments, Asia Square is a 246,500m2twin tower, mixed use development comprising office, hotel, retail and recreational facilities.
The large tower floor plates of around 3,300m2are designed as highly efficient contemporary workspace. To reduce the visual mass of the plates, the two towers emerge from a simple orthogonal, pedestrian scaled podium. The towers are each seemingly composed of a cluster of eight slender shafts that individually rise to differing heights, a ‘mini Manhattan’ concept.
The podium is expressed as a singular, unifying element and is conceived as an ‘ice block’ floating above the ground plane. It encapsulates the whole site to provide a large city room known as The Cube. A centrepiece design feature of the project, The Cube is a 6,000m2roofed public space with a 17 metre high ceiling. Skylights provide both natural light and ventilation. Cafes and bars activate this major contribution to the public realm of the CBD.
Tower One has 38 levels of office accommodation while Tower Two accommodates a 5 star hotel,The Westin Singapore, set above 26 levels of office space, with a pool deck on level 35.
