摘?要:針對永磁同步電機定子繞組在線溫度估計策略與信號注入的優(yōu)化展開研究,分析電機的電氣、機械與熱特性等參數(shù)以及負載在信號注入下對溫度估計精度和輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動的影響,提出直流電壓注入法3要素(信號注入大小、持續(xù)注入時長、注入時間間隔)的優(yōu)化設(shè)定策略,以及提出由頻率自適應(yīng)陷波器和低通濾波器組成的實時信號處理模型以提高估計精度,實現(xiàn)準確溫度觀測的同時降低信號注入對電機運行性能的影響。在不同工況下的研究結(jié)果驗證了理論分析的正確性與優(yōu)化策略的有效性,為基于信號注入法的永磁同步電機定子溫度在線觀測在工程上的應(yīng)用提供了指導(dǎo)。

Abstract:
Optimization?of?the?online?temperature?estimation?strategy?and?signal?injection?of?the?stator?winding?of?permanent?magnet?synchronous?motor?was?carried?out.?The?influences?of?the?electrical,?mechanical?and?thermal?characteristics?of?the?motor?and?the?load?on?the?temperature?estimation?accuracy?and?output?torque?ripple?were?analyzed.?The?optimal?setting?strategy?of?the?three?elements?of?DC?voltage?injection?(signal?injection?size,?continuous?injection?duration,?injection?time?interval),?and?realtime?signal?processing?model?consisting?of?frequency?adaptive?notch?filter?and?lowpass?filter?was?proposed?to?improve?estimation?accuracy?and?accurate?temperature?observation?was?achieved?while?reducing?the?impact?of?signal?injection?on?motor?performance.?The?research?results?under?different?working?conditions?verify?correctness?of?the?theoretical?analysis?and?effectiveness?of?the?optimization?strategy.?It?provides?guidance?for?the?engineering?application?of?permanent?magnet?synchronous?motor?stator?temperature?based?on?signal?injection?method.
