嘉賓展望重慶“智能時代”

重慶智能化發(fā)展的美好前景讓各位參會顧問與代表充滿了期待，年會期間，他們紛紛就重慶如何更好地托智能化進行產業(yè)升級，以及所在企業(yè)在重慶的發(fā)展與媒體進行了溝通互動。

Consultants and representatives attending the meeting had high expectations of great prospect enjoyed by Chongqing’s intelligent development. They aired their opinions on how to upgrade Chongqing’s industries with the advantage of intelligence as well as the development prospect of foreign invested companies in Chongqing with media during the annual meeting.

漢內斯·安德羅施（奧特斯監(jiān)事會主席、本屆年會主席）重慶有望成為智能制造重要基地，并引領發(fā)展

安德羅施在本屆年會上提出：傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)必須向高端智能生產轉變。通過打造高端產業(yè)生態(tài)鏈、培育合格的勞動力，以及營造具有競爭性和開放的投資環(huán)境，才能驅動產業(yè)轉型。他認為，在數(shù)字化和智能制造時代，半導體產業(yè)在這一演變過程中扮演著重要角色。半導體芯片是服務器、計算機和大數(shù)據處理中心的基本組件，進而支持自動化和機器人技術，并驅動人工智能發(fā)展。打造半導體產業(yè)鏈從芯片設計、芯片制造到封裝，其中，半導體封裝載板的作用尤為重要。安德羅施倡議，政府必須鼓勵外資企業(yè)和國內院校合作，支持外資在高端制造領域的創(chuàng)新和研發(fā)，并為資金密集型企業(yè)提供財政支持。他特別看好重慶在智能制造領域的發(fā)展，安德羅施認為“通過實施以上三大策略，重慶必將順利發(fā)展成為智能制造的重要基地，并引領發(fā)展?！?/p>

他認為，重慶在智能產業(yè)領域非常需要高水平的員工，也非常需要高水平的教育機構的參與。奧特斯正在與新加坡南洋理工大學等全球高水平的高校開展研發(fā)與人才培養(yǎng)合作，重慶人有很強的學習能力，也很有學習世界前沿科技的激情，不斷提高自己的能力。

Hannes Androsch (President of the Supervisory Board of AT&S and Chairman of the Annual Meeting)Chongqing expected to become a vital basis for smart industry to lead the development

At this annual meeting, Androsch proposed that traditional manufacturing must shift to high-end intelligent production, and industrial transformation only can be achieved by creating an ecological chain of high-end industry, cultivating qualified labors and fostering a competitive and open investment environment.He believed that in the era of digitization and intelligent manufacturing, the semiconductor industry plays an important role in this evolution. Semiconductor chip is a fundamental component of servers, computers and big data processing centers and it drives the development of automation, robotics and artificial intelligence. The semiconductor industry chain is built from chip designing, chip manufacturing to packaging.Among them, the role of semiconductor package carrier is particularly important. Androsch advocated that the government must encourage foreign companies to cooperate with domestic institutions, support the foreign investment in high-end manufacturing innovation and R&D, and provide financial support for capital-intensive companies. He was particularly optimistic about Chongqing’s development in the field of intelligent manufacturing and thought that Chongqing will surely develop into an important base for intelligent manufacturing and lead development by implementing the above three strategies.

He considered that Chongqing needs a high level of employees in this field of intelligent industry and the participation of high-caliber educational institutions. AT&S is cooperating with globally high-level universities in R&D and talent training, such as Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and so forth.Chongqing people have strong learning ability and are passionate about learning the world’s frontier technologies to constantly improve themselves.

橋本康彥（川崎重工董事、常務執(zhí)行董事、精密機械·機器人公司總裁、日本機器人工業(yè)會（JARA）會長）建議重慶重視吸引機器人系統(tǒng)集成商

川崎重工自1968年開始工業(yè)機器人的生產，是全球最早的工業(yè)機器人生產商。2015年川崎重工在重慶設立了川崎（重慶）機器人工程有限公司（KCRE），并大力著手開展機器人銷售、售后服務及汽車生產線線體業(yè)務，目前已經在重慶的“長安”等大型汽車制造商上取得成效。從2017年開始，川崎重工以重慶的汽車、3C等主要產業(yè)為目標，在重慶工廠展開了最先進的、與人共存的雙腕機器人（duAro）的生產。

橋本康彥對重慶的智能化產業(yè)發(fā)展提出了自己的建議。他認為現(xiàn)在已經有包括川崎重工在內的越來越多的機器人廠商來到重慶，這已經充分表明重慶的吸引力。與此同時，重慶還應擁有一批機器人行業(yè)的系統(tǒng)集成商，可以重點考慮如何把機器人產業(yè)的系統(tǒng)集成商吸引到重慶，并不斷培養(yǎng)、提高重慶本土的系統(tǒng)集成商的專業(yè)水準，“讓重慶擁有一批高水準的機器人系統(tǒng)集成商，這是一個非常關鍵的問題?！?/p>

Hashimoto Yasuhiko (Director and Executive Director of Kawasaki, President of Precision Machinery & Robotics Company and Chairman of Japan Robot Association [JARA])Advising Chongqing to attach importance to attracting robot system integrators

As the first industrial robot manufacturer in the world,Kawasaki has manufactured industrial robots since 1968. In 2015,Kawasaki established Kawasaki (Chongqing) Robot Engineering Co., Ltd. (KCRE) and vigorously started the robot sales, aftersales service and line business of automobile production line.Currently, it has already achieved remarkable results in such large automobile manufacturers as Chang’an Automobile Group in Chongqing and etc. Starting in 2017, Kawasaki has been targeting such major industries as automobiles and 3C in Chongqing, launching the production of the most advanced dualarm robots(duAro) co-existing with human in Chongqing.

Hashimoto Yasuhiko also put forward his own suggestions for the development of Chongqing’s intelligent industry.He believed that more and more robot manufacturers including Kawasaki have come to Chongqing, which has fully demonstrated the attractiveness of Chongqing. At the same time,Chongqing should also have a number of system integrators in the robot industry, give priority to the way of attracting system integrators in the robot industry to Chongqing, and continuously cultivate and improve the professional standards of local system integrators in Chongqing. “It is a very critical issue to have a high level of robotic system integrators,” he said.

尹正（施耐德電氣全球執(zhí)行副總裁、中國區(qū)總裁）施耐德研發(fā)中心落戶重慶，探索中等企業(yè)智能化道路

今年是中國改革開放40周年，也是施耐德電氣植根中國的第31個年頭。重慶一直是施耐德電氣在中國的重點業(yè)務布局區(qū)域之一，而且今年也是施耐德電氣第七次出席重慶市市長國際經濟顧問團會議。

尹正說，此次重慶高新技術產業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)與施耐德電氣的戰(zhàn)略合作將充分發(fā)揮施耐德電氣在能效管理及自動化領域的數(shù)字化先進技術和豐富經驗，助力重慶工業(yè)互聯(lián)網發(fā)展，并以施耐德電氣“透明工廠”解決方案幫助傳統(tǒng)制造模式實現(xiàn)數(shù)字化轉型升級，全面打通重慶智能化發(fā)展之路。雙方合作以智能制造服務傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)為宗旨，內容包括建設“施耐德智能制造重慶創(chuàng)新中心”，開展智能制造創(chuàng)新實驗、智能制造創(chuàng)新研究、工業(yè)大數(shù)據平臺應用、工業(yè)智能體驗及應用等；同時引進高端智能制造人才，探索一條中等規(guī)模企業(yè)智能化升級的道路，打造中等規(guī)模企業(yè)聚集區(qū)，立足重慶輻射西南，推動智能制造、綠色制造的先進理念傳播和技術應用。

Yin Zheng (Global Executive Vice President and President of Schneider Electric in China )Schneider R&D Center settled in Chongqing, an exploration of intelligent road by medium-sized enterprise

This year marks the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up, and the 31st year of Schneider Electric starting its business in China. Chongqing has always been one of Schneider Electric’s key business areas in China and it is the seventh time for Schneider Electric to attend the meeting of Chongqing Mayor’s International Economic Advisory Council this year.

Yin Zheng said that the strategic cooperation between Chongqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Schneider Electric will give full play to Schneider Electric’s digital advanced technology and rich experience in energy efficiency management and automation, assist the development of Chongqing industrial Internet and use the solution of“transparent factory” of Schneider Electric to help the digital transformation and upgrade of traditional manufacturing model,comprehensively opening up the path of intelligent development in Chongqing. The cooperation between the two parties is to serve the traditional industries with intelligent manufacturing,including the construction of “Chongqing Innovation Center of Schneider Intelligent Manufacturing” and the development of intelligent manufacturing innovation experiments, intelligent manufacturing innovation research, applications for industrial big data platform and experience and applications of industrial intelligent. Meanwhile, Chongqing is introducing plenty of talents for high-end intelligent manufacturing, exploring the road of intelligent upgrading of medium-sized enterprises, building the gathering areas of medium-sized enterprises, and promoting the communication of the advanced concept of “intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing” and technology application with the goal of Chongqing as the foothold leading the southwest China.

沈達理（霍尼韋爾全球高增長地區(qū)總裁）建議重慶“換道超車”，打造智能產業(yè)集群

沈達理表示，重慶市作為中國西部的經濟與文化中心之一，伴隨著中國經濟的蓬勃發(fā)展而顯著增長，在人工智能、集成電路、云計算大數(shù)據、物聯(lián)網、智能機器人等領域均成績斐然。但隨著智能產業(yè)關注度的熱度不斷提升，重慶市如何發(fā)揮自身現(xiàn)有的獨特優(yōu)勢，“換道超車”，打造智能產業(yè)集群新高地，依然任重道遠?；裟犴f爾作為一家《財富》全球500強的高科技企業(yè)非常樂意參與其中。

為此，霍尼韋爾向本屆年會提交了題為《換道超車—打造智能產業(yè)集群》的報告。為重慶通過智能化助力產業(yè)升級提出3點建議：充分發(fā)展并運用云平臺、大數(shù)據，以及物聯(lián)網等技術加快推動傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)企業(yè)向智能制造水平升級改造；發(fā)展智能產業(yè)集群，如大數(shù)據和傳感、互聯(lián)技術，利用已有的工業(yè)基礎發(fā)展數(shù)字化產業(yè)和對接，推動重慶智慧城市建設；加大產業(yè)扶持力度，吸引中西部智能產業(yè)聚集重慶。

Shane Tedjarati (President of Honeywell in Global High Growth Regions)A proposal to change the development approach of Chongqing’s industries to greatly enhance its economy by building smart industry clusters

Shane Tedjarati said that Chongqing, as one of the economic and cultural centers in western China, has grown significantly along with the booming of China’s economy, and has made remarkable achievements in the fields of artificial intelligence,integrated circuits, cloud computing big data, Internet of Things and intelligent robots. However, with the increasing attention on the smart industry, Chongqing still has a long way to go before it can give full swing to its own unique advantages, “change ways to gain dominance” and build a new highland of intelligent industry clusters. Honeywell, as a high-tech company belonging to the Fortune Global 500, is happy to be part of it.

To this end, Honeywell submitted a report entitled “Changing Ways to Gain Dominance- Building an Intelligent Industry Cluster"to this annual meeting. Three suggestions were proposed for Chongqing to promote industry upgrading through intelligence∶fully develop and use such technologies as cloud platform,big data and Internet of Things to accelerate the upgrading of traditional industrial enterprises to intelligent manufacturing levels, develop such intelligent industrial clusters as big data and sensing and interconnection technology and use the existing industrial bases to develop digital industries and docking, in order to promote the construction of Chongqing Smart City,and increase industrial support to attract the smart industries in central and western China to gather in Chongqing.

柯瑞東（愛立信高級副總裁兼東北亞區(qū)總裁）重慶可通過發(fā)展5G加速成為一流大數(shù)據智能化城市

今年6月，愛立信與位于重慶的中國移動物聯(lián)網公司簽署了“物聯(lián)網設備連接管理平臺（DCP）”合作協(xié)議，雙方將通過愛立信DCP平臺構建統(tǒng)一的物聯(lián)網業(yè)務流程，提升中國移動的物聯(lián)網全球化服務能力，為物聯(lián)網企業(yè)客戶提供全球統(tǒng)一的網絡接入、門戶體驗等，支持中國移動在全球市場拓展物聯(lián)網業(yè)務?？氯饢|表示，“我們相信這次合作能為重慶帶來巨大而寶貴的機遇，幫助重慶發(fā)展為中國重要的智能化產業(yè)基地和國家一流的大數(shù)據智能化城市?！?/p>

柯瑞東建議重慶將5G納入到發(fā)展計劃中，為整個城市廣泛發(fā)展人工智能奠定堅實的數(shù)字基礎。同時建議重慶充分利用物聯(lián)網技術推動傳統(tǒng)產業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉型，實現(xiàn)智能制造，提升智能制造領域的競爭力?！爸袊谶^去建設了很多工廠，以前主要以人來驅動，現(xiàn)在則以智能和機器來驅動，市場規(guī)模很大，中國在智能化方面摸索出的道路如果能取得成功，對全球都具有很大的示范作用?！?/p>

Chris Houghton (Senior Vice President and President in northeast Asia of Ericsson)A new member to first-class big data smart cities will be achieved by Chongqing by accelerating its process to build 5G network

In June this year, Ericsson and China Mobile Internet of Things Corporation in Chongqing signed the cooperation agreement of “Internet of Things Device Connection Management Platform (DCP)”. The two parties will build a unified IoT business process through the Ericsson DCP platform to enhance the global service capabilities of China Mobile’s Internet of Things,provide IoT enterprises and customers with global unified network access and portal experience, and support China Mobile to expand its Internet of Things business in the global market.Chris Houghton said, “We believe that this cooperation will bring huge and valuable opportunities for Chongqing to develop into an important intelligent industrial base in China and a nationally top-ranking big data intelligent city.”

Chris Houghton suggested that Chongqing should incorporate 5G into the development plan and lay a solid digital foundation for the extensive development of artificial intelligence in the entire city. At the same time, it is recommended that Chongqing should make full use of the Internet of Things technology to promote the digital transformation of traditional industries, realize intelligent manufacturing and enhance the competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing. He added, “China has built many factories in the past which were mainly driven by people, but now they are driven by intelligence and machines.So, the market scale is growing. If China’s road to intelligence is successful, it will exert great demonstration effect to other countries.”

宮田孝一（三井住友金融集團董事長）希望為日本企業(yè)找到參與重慶智能化產業(yè)升級的機會

三井住友金融集團是一家在日本名列前茅的金融機構，據2018年7月19日《財富》雜志發(fā)布的世界500強排行榜，三井住友金融集團位列第192位。為了本屆年會，已經來過重慶3次的宮田孝一特意提前來到重慶參訪。

他在接受采訪時表示，重慶過去是一個比較傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)化城市，目前正在朝著智能化的方向轉型。這次來到重慶，特別感覺到重慶十分注重生態(tài)環(huán)境保護，在推進智能化轉型的同時還將保護好重慶的青山綠水作為重點。同時，重慶水陸空的物流都發(fā)展得非常好，如何把重慶快速地建成國際物流樞紐也是大家非常關心的問題。宮田孝一透露，三井住友目前正在和重慶兩江新區(qū)進行相關合作意向的協(xié)商。

宮田孝一認為，中國和日本作為亞洲最大的兩個經濟體，共同發(fā)展是正確的道路，三井住友會在中間積極協(xié)助日本企業(yè)參與其中。他回去后將向日本企業(yè)家傳遞自己在重慶期間的感受，希望能夠為日本企業(yè)找到參與重慶智能化產業(yè)升級的機會。

Koichi Miyata (Chairman of the Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc.)Japanese enterprises hoping to gain opportunities in joining in Chongqing’s upgradation of smart industry

Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group is a leading financial institution in Japan. According to the Fortune Global 500 list published by Fortune magazine on July 19, 2018, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group ranked 192. In order to better participate in this annual meeting, Koichi Miyata, who has been to Chongqing three times, specially came to visit Chongqing in advance.

He said in an interview that Chongqing, which used to be a relatively traditional industrialized city, is now transforming towards an intelligent city. When he came to Chongqing this time, he especially noticed that Chongqing attached great importance to ecological environmental protection, regarding the protection of Chongqing’s green mountains and blue waters as the focus while promoting intelligent transformation. At the same time, Chongqing’s logistics in water, land and air has developed very well and it is also a great concern for everyone that how to quickly build Chongqing into an international logistics hub. Koichi Miyata revealed that Sumitomo Mitsui is currently consulting with Chongqing Liangjiang New Area about cooperation.

Koichi Miyata deemed that China and Japan, as the two largest economies in Asia, should choose the right way of joint development, so the Sumitomo Mitsui actively assisted the join of Japanese companies. After he returned, he conveyed to Japanese entrepreneurs his feelings during the stay in Chongqing, hoping to find opportunities for Japanese companies to participate in the upgrade of Chongqing’s intelligent industry.
