浙江鄉(xiāng)土美食的傳承與創(chuàng)新

家的味道，其中一種，便是舌尖上的味道。家鄉(xiāng)，在每一位游子的心中，除了有風(fēng)土人情，更多的可能還有家園風(fēng)味。于是，一道道菜肴，在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候就會(huì)是一張張名片，傳遞民俗風(fēng)尚，輝映自然景觀，體現(xiàn)人文特質(zhì)。

本期《文化交流》特別策劃了一組有關(guān)浙江美食文化的報(bào)道，通過不斷地推陳出新，浙江的小吃走向了世界，普通的漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展成了旅游項(xiàng)目，浙江菜系中的杭幫菜等被帶到了世界各地……

浙江鄉(xiāng)土美食成了一扇開啟浙江文化風(fēng)景的窗，它承載傳統(tǒng)民族文化底蘊(yùn)，富含時(shí)代創(chuàng)新元素，以細(xì)節(jié)體現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)情韻味，以最直觀的方式表達(dá)浙江人的愛鄉(xiāng)之情和勤勞品性。品嘗家鄉(xiāng)的美食，品的是文化，品的是生態(tài)，品的是鄉(xiāng)愁。

Cuisine is part of hometown. For those who live away from hometown， hometown can mean a variety of things such as people， tradition， culture， landscape， and food. Thats why a dish， a cake， or something else from a hometown kitchen， can be a hallmark of ones hometown. In this issue of Cultural Dialogue， we cover some topics of cuisines of Zhejiang. Nowadays， food from Zhejiang has been put on table across the world； many fishing villages in the province have become tourism destinations largely because of seafood； and Hangzhou Cuisine， a key part of Zhejiang Cuisine， has been brought to Chinese restaurants in many parts of the world.

Regional cuisines of Zhejiang are a window on the culture of Zhejiang. They carry tradition and history， highlight innovation， cherish the memory of hometown， and reflect peoples love for hometown and hardworking spirit. For so many people， food from hometown means culture， ecology， and nostalgia.
