On Amusement

As we know， it is impossible for us to keep healthy unless we often take exercise and take part in amusement activities.

After study， there are many kinds of activities in our daily life， for example， listening to music， playing chess， going to the cinema， watching TV. But I think wed better have more outdoor activities because we usually sit too long in our classroom， and our eyes and brains get tired. So its a good idea to play football， basketball， table tennis， go swimming， do some running， or even go for a picnic.

Our brain also needs changes to make it smart and active. Please remember the old saying， “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
