摘 要:轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測(cè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)永磁同步電機(jī)(PMSM)高性能控制的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。由于檢測(cè)環(huán)節(jié)非理想特性的存在,旋轉(zhuǎn)變壓器的轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測(cè)結(jié)果中會(huì)產(chǎn)生微小誤差,在電機(jī)振動(dòng)噪聲指標(biāo)嚴(yán)格的領(lǐng)域,位置檢測(cè)誤差會(huì)對(duì)電機(jī)的振動(dòng)噪聲產(chǎn)生不利影響。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,本文首先對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)變壓器的位置檢測(cè)原理進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)變壓器各種非理想特性進(jìn)行了分類和分析,得到了不同情況下的轉(zhuǎn)子位置誤差表達(dá)式。為消除可能出現(xiàn)的誤差對(duì)電機(jī)控制造成的影響,提出了一種位置檢測(cè)濾波算法,仿真和試驗(yàn)表明:所提出的算法能有效濾除旋變位置檢測(cè)誤差,同時(shí)不產(chǎn)生延時(shí),應(yīng)用效果好。

Abstract: Rotor position sensing is a critical process in the high performance control of permanent magnet synchronous machines(PMSMs). However, due to the presence of resolver non-idealities, the rotator position signal feedback of the resolver will inevitably have some small errors. Such errors will result in increased vibration and noise of the machine, which is not desirable in applications with stringent vibration and acoustic noise requirement. To solve the problem, this paper first reviews the position-sensing principle of the resolver briefly. By classifying and analyzing different types of resolver non-idealities, the paper introduces various rotor position error expressions due to different causes. To eliminate those errors in the control of the PMSM, the paper proposes a novel position feedback signal filtering method. Both simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively filter out the position errors without introducing any delay in the position signal, making it an excellent method for practical application.
