瑞典會(huì)展中心出資獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)數(shù)字化環(huán)保產(chǎn)品CarbonAte

近日，瑞典知名會(huì)展場(chǎng)館瑞典會(huì)展中心向“碳云”（CarbonCloud）機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)了贊助資金，以獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)他們的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品CarbonAte。該產(chǎn)品可以使場(chǎng)館的餐飲部門更為方便地計(jì)算食物的碳排量以及對(duì)氣候帶來(lái)的影響。據(jù)悉，CarbonCloud公司得到的這筆獎(jiǎng)金約為9700歐元。

瑞典會(huì)展中心總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官Carin Kindbom表示，“我們認(rèn)為，CarbonAte的前途不可限量。這個(gè)高科技產(chǎn)品融合了數(shù)字化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展思維。這將有助于環(huán)保事業(yè)的發(fā)展?？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展是我們運(yùn)營(yíng)中的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域。無(wú)論是舉辦會(huì)展還是在工作之中，這都貫穿于我們的思路之中。”

CarbonAte awarded with grant from SECC

The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre （SECC） has awarded a grant to CarbonCloud for their innovation， CarbonAte， which enables restaurants to calculate the climate impact of their food. The grant is SEK 100，000（9，700 Euros）. The aim of the grant is to foster the meetings industry.

“In our view， CarbonAte has fantastic potential. It is an innovation in which digitalisation and sustainability go hand in hand， and which creates an aid that benefits the environment and restaurants， as well as individual guests and visitors. Sustainability is an important area for our operation. Its in all of our thinking， both as a meeting place and the workplace”， says Carin Kindbom， President and CEO of the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Group.

Vicki Bedi當(dāng)選國(guó)際展覽物流協(xié)會(huì)主席

近日，在美國(guó)舊金山舉辦的第33屆國(guó)際展覽物流協(xié)會(huì)（IELA）年會(huì)上，PSBedi Logistics物流公司首席執(zhí)行官Vicki Bedi當(dāng)選IELA2018-2020年主席。目前，IELA在全球70多個(gè)國(guó)家擁有共175名會(huì)員。

Vicki Bedi是一名注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師，在稅法領(lǐng)域擁有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。作為PSBedi Logistics公司的首席執(zhí)行官，他帶領(lǐng)旗下團(tuán)隊(duì)提供創(chuàng)新方案，并深化了與物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)客戶的關(guān)系。當(dāng)選后，Vicki Bedi表示，“我非常榮幸能夠來(lái)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)IELA?，F(xiàn)在我們已經(jīng)與UFI、IAEE、AFECA、IEIA等協(xié)會(huì)建立了廣泛的合作關(guān)系，而在未來(lái)我也將運(yùn)用我的行業(yè)人脈來(lái)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展本協(xié)會(huì)跟各地的、區(qū)域性的以及國(guó)際性協(xié)會(huì)的合作?！?/p>

New chairman for IELA

Vicki Bedi， CEO of PSBedi Logistics， was elected as chairman of the International Exhibition Logistics Association （IELA） for 2018 to 2020 at its 33rd Annual Congress in San Francisco， USA. He is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in tax law. “I am honoured to lead IELA. We already actively engage with UFI， IAEE， AFECA， IEIA etc. but I will leverage my relationships to expand engagement with local， regional and international associations”， said Vicki Bedi after his election.

2020年UFI年會(huì)將在阿曼舉行

7月5日，國(guó)際展覽業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)（UFI）宣布，2020年的UFI年會(huì)將在阿曼首都馬斯喀特舉辦。承辦方為阿曼會(huì)展中心。UFI董事會(huì)表示，是在今年5月份的行業(yè)會(huì)議上做出這一決定。

阿曼會(huì)展中心總經(jīng)理兼UFI董事會(huì)成員Trevor McCartney表示，“我們非常高興能夠被選為2020年年會(huì)的承辦場(chǎng)地。阿曼會(huì)展中心的團(tuán)隊(duì)將確保每一位參會(huì)代表在這片熱情的土地上感受到隆重的歡迎。 ”

UFI Global Congress to be held in Oman

UFI， the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry announced today that the 2020 UFI Global Congress will be held in Muscat， Sultanate of Oman， and will be hosted by the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre. The UFI Board of Directors made the decision to take the UFI Global Congress to Muscat， Oman， during their meeting on 2nd May in Verona. UFI CEO/MD， Kai Hattendorf， welcomed the Chairman of Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre， H.E. Mohsin Al Balushi， to the UFI Headquarters in Paris， to officialise the arrangements by signing of a hosting agreement.
