本教學案例選自外研版初中英語教材九年級下冊,第四模塊第一單元,融合了出行旅游安全的教育知識。
一、教學內(nèi)容分析:
本??斓脑掝}是規(guī)則與建議,主要內(nèi)容是圍繞著在旅游場所及旅行中應(yīng)遵守的規(guī)則及相應(yīng)的建議展開的。內(nèi)容主要包括一些旅游場所的環(huán)保規(guī)定和安全方面的注意事項,具有一定的教育意義。第一單元的對話以老師帶學生爬山為背景,談到一些相關(guān)的注意事項,對話中包含許多有關(guān)責任義務(wù),給予許可和表達禁止的英語表達方式和功能句。通過這些來完成本單元的真實性任務(wù),為旅游者提建議。通過教學,教師潛移默化的提高學生的文化素養(yǎng)和安全意識。
通過小組合作分享所學,知道旅行過程中,應(yīng)遵守的規(guī)則并提出相應(yīng)的建議,引導學生將課堂知識應(yīng)用在生活實踐中去,加強旅行安全意識,并能夠利用課堂所學知識為他人提出旅行建議。
二、學情分析
:此次課針對的學生是初三年級的普通班級的學生,旅行是學生感興趣的話題。已具備的(一)知識基礎(chǔ)
有:1.、學習過情態(tài)動詞表示允許和責任義務(wù)的內(nèi)容。2.、學習過提建議的有關(guān)句型。3.、了解簡單的旅行規(guī)則。4.、知道外出旅行有一定的危險,但不知道如何提出合理建議。
(二)能力基礎(chǔ):1.、有一定的小組合作學習能力。2.、具備基本聽說能力。3.、具有一定辨別是非的能力。
三、安全教學目標
:1.、培養(yǎng)學生在個人旅行和集體外出旅行過程中的安全意識。2.、掌握旅行之前的安全準備工作,及旅行過程中的安全常識,提高學生外出旅行時保護自己、保護他人的能力。
四、教學重點、難點
1.教學重點::Most students will be able to talk about the rules of traveling and giving suggestions about it by using the modal verbs.
2.教學難點:Most students will be able to giving proper suggestions of traveling to the visitors.
五、教學方法分析
:根據(jù)教學任務(wù)和學生特征,為了最大限度的調(diào)動學生主動學習并使他們真正成為課堂的主人,發(fā)現(xiàn)安全問題并提出有效的建議。本節(jié)課主要采用問題驅(qū)動式教學及小組合作教學,主要過程是問題導入、問題展示、小組合作挑戰(zhàn)任務(wù)、復述練習、提旅行建議產(chǎn)出成果。從與生活實際有緊密聯(lián)系的旅行建議出發(fā),激發(fā)學生的規(guī)則和提建議的意識,潛移默化的培養(yǎng)學生的安全意識。并提高學生保護自己和保護他人的能力。

Step 1: Lead in
Teacher: Show students 2 pictures, and ask students to have a group discussion.
1.Do you like traveling? Do you want to visit these places?
2. Why do you want to travel?
Ask students to talk about one of their trips and give some suggestions to travel there.
Step 2: Presentation
Teacher: Ask students to listen to the audio and answer the following questions.
1.When is Betty leaving for the trip?
2. What is Mr. Jackson going to tell the students?
3.What does Bettys mum suggest Betty should not do?
4. Does Betty think the trip will be dangerous?
Students: Try their best to listen and answer the questions.
1. Betty is leaving tomorrow morning.
2. Mr. Jackson is going to tell them about personal safety.
3. Bettys mum suggests she should not drink the water from a stream or walk too close to the sides of the hill path.
4. No, she doesnt. She thinks there is nothing to worry about.
Teacher: Ask students to have group work to discuss what people should prepare for a walking trip.
Students: Students talk about what people should prepare for a walking trip.

Teacher: Ask students to make notes about Mr. Jacksons rules and suggestions.
