Abstract: The emergence of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era marks the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new development stage.This thought takes establishing principles,indicating ways and showing momentum as its internal logic to construct its unique system of thought on governance and deeply answer important theoretical and practical issues such as what kind of socialism with Chinese characteristics we shall adhere to and develop in a new era,how we shall adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,a thought that embodies profound background with a long history and clear characteristics of the times.This thought is the theoretical fruit and experience from the development of world socialism and the on-going improvement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also a guideline for practice and action that we must adhere to for a long time for securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation,a thought that will guide mankind to overcome social development difficulties in the 21st century.

Abstract: "A community with a shared future for mankind", a combination of philosophical concepts, signifies that mankind's understanding and mastery of its future enters a new state. According to the philosophical concept, common development of mankind's civilizations is viewed as a holistic process, becoming a rational option for maintaining and developing common future of mankind, embodying new development of Marxist philosophy. The concept of community with a shared future for mankind has its rich and deep theory origin, and is a great development and innovation on the basis of Marxist human philosophy, community theory, world history theory and general communication theory, and is of important theoretical significance and practical value.

Abstract: The year 2018 saw again the escalation of Sino-US trade friction.On March 23, US President Donald Trump signed memorandum of understanding on trade with China to increase trade tariff barrier.On May 17,Liu He,Vice Premier of Chinese State Council,headed a delegation to US for trade consultation and reached a preliminary consensus with the US.The study here showed that there are multiple reasons for the escalation of Sino-US trade friction: Trump significantly cut taxes on US local businesses after becoming president and led to rise of financial deficit that needs to be met by increasing trade tariff;the US wishes to strengthen protection of its market and make more efforts to develop overseas market to create markets for the return of manufacturing industries;there is a serious unbalance in Sino-US trade partnership and there is more competition than complementarity in Sino-US trade mix.The author maintains that China needs to develop its trade with major countries in a balanced way, and to reduce its export to the US,increase import from the US, and that China should take the initiative to improve Sino-US trade mix,reduce trade of competition and expand trade of complementarity.

Abstract: the author,viewing from the sovereign credit, on the basis of researching the sovereign rating of Russia and five Central Asian countries,studies the role of sovereign credit in China's energy cooperation with Russia and Central Asian countries.The author concludes that a strong and complete system of sovereign credit is the basis of mutual trust between China on one side and Russia and Central Asian countries on the other.Besides,the author,according to the definition of intangible asset in accounting,came up with the view that a good sovereign rating is an intangible asset of a state.As in the case of an enterprise, its intangible assets can bring extra profits, a good sovereign rating is the intangible asset of a state and it can bring a larger market and better international relations for the state. The author pointed out that China's sovereign rating is far better than that of Russia and Central Asian states,China should give full play to this advantage in its bilateral cooperation with Russia and in its bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Central Asian states to make better international room for cooperation and cause credit rating sector in China to grow and better serve Chinese and world economy.

Abstract: The word Nation is translated as民族 (minzu) in Chinese in most cases, but it has the meaning of state or nationals, as in the case of United Nations which is the union of Nations. When talking about issues and expressing our views,we should distinguish Nation from ethnos and ethnic group.民族 (minzu), as a word with Chinese characteristics,can be used to describe communities of people at different historical times and at different levels.The word 民族 (minzu) actually contains two concepts:nation and ethnic minorities, and we may use MINZU on occasion of international communication.The problem is that if we mix ethnic minorities with nation,China will have to face the severe challenge of disintegration."One Nation,One Country",if somebody emphasizes that one ethnic group has one country, he has the intention to disintegrate a multi-ethnic country;on the other hand,a country can have only one nation. If a country makes many "nations",it is likely that the country will break up at certain times.Here we can take Soviet Union as an example, it made 15 nations (Нация in Russian), and it broke up into 15 countries. In the case of China,ZHONGHUA MINZU is Chinese Nation,if someone takes Chinese Nation as ethnic Han people,takes Chinese as ethnic Han people,he has the complex of big Han or small China.Chinese National Identity in the "five identities" is Chinese national unity and the identity of Chinese national unity of diversity.We must emphasize again and again that Chinese nation does not refer to ethnic Han people,it refers to Chinese nation that includes 56 ethnic groups in China. It is understandable that members of an ethnic group love his ethnic group, but his ethnic identity should not be above the Chinese nation identity,and this is of great significance for safeguarding state integrity and for opposing ethnic separation.

Abstract:The concept of Indo-Pacific is the outcome of Geo-economic and Geo-political development in the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean,reflecting the shift of global economic and political center.For India,the emergence of the concept of Indo-Pacific is a reflection of India's rise,and an outcome of India's east-looking policy by which India will enter the Pacific Ocean and strengthen its relations with Japan;on the other hand, Japan will enter the Indian Ocean,expand its influence in the region of Indian Ocean and work with India to contain China.The coming of Indo-Pacific era presents a good opportunity for the development of Indian-Japanese relations.The author thinks that China should watch closely Indian-Japanese relations and be vigilant against what is harmful to China in their relations.

Abstract: Russian-Turkish relations has undergone two major changes in the 21st century.From 1990s to the early 21st century,the two countries moved from conflicts toward cooperation,and their relations worsened with the outbreak of Syria crisis in 2011 but returned to normal in 2016.The interdependence between the two countries helped to bring their relations back to track.The warming of Russian-Turkish relations contributes to a win-win situation for the two countries and to restricting US influence in the Black Sea region,the Middle East,Caucasus and Central Asia, and is helpful to regional stability.Through cooperation is the main stream in Russian-Turkish relations,there remain major differences between the two countries over Bashar regime,other political forces in Syria and northern area in Syria. Therefore,Syria issue holds the key for future Russian-Turkish relations.

Abstract: It is prescribed by the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China that supervisory organs shall,in handling duty-related violations or crimes,cooperate with judicial organs,procuratorial organs,and law enforcement organs,with mutual checks.According to the guiding principles of Constitution and relevant laws of China,the relations of mutual cooperation and checks are shown in that the judicial organs, procuratorial organs and law enforcement organs shall cooperate with supervisory organs to handle duty-related violations or crimes: in duty-related violations or crimes handled by the supervisory organs,criminal trial rules shall be observed such as courts exercise judicial authority and the authority for crime conviction,exclusionary rule of illegally obtained evidence shall be applied;in relations with the procuratorial organs,the emphasis is on additional investigation by the procuratorial organs for duty-related violations or crimes handled by the supervisory organs,and the decision to prosecute by the procuratorial organs.Supervisory organs' relations with law enforcement organs are embodied in relations of investigation power to detection power,jurisdiction over related cases,enforcement of compulsory measures and international cooperation for investigation of corruption-related crimes.

Abstract: Cultural confidence consists of confidence in three levels: cognition, emotion and practice. Fine traditional culture of the Chinese Nation, with a history of over 5000 years, is the historical basis of cultural confidence, the revolution culture formed in the fight for national liberation and state independence led by Communist Party of China is an important basis for cultural confidence, and the advanced socialist culture formed in socialist development and reform is the modern basis for cultural confidence. To achieve cultural confidence, we must develop culture with Marxist cultural view as the guide, make creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture, learn critically from foreign culture, promote Chinese culture to go global, enrich and innovate in Chinese culture.

Abstract: the author holds the view that with modern urban governance becoming increasingly complicated and diversified in China,it faces the dilemma of poor governance performance and legitimacy conflict to deal with public governance problems in urban society by relying on the logic of bureaucrats-dominated governance through administration.By reviewing cases of innovation in weakened administration of social governance,the author found that the innovation in weakened administration of social governance was started mainly by administrative bodies,therefore,it faces the risk of re-administering of social governance and may become the tool for expansion of administrative power,which will,at the end,reduce the sustainability and effectiveness of innovation in social governance.
