● 吳康明會(huì)見(jiàn)日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事星山隆、加拿大駐重慶總領(lǐng)事歐陽(yáng)飛

8月21日，市政府外事僑務(wù)辦主任吳康明會(huì)見(jiàn)了即將離任的日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事星山隆。吳康明對(duì)星山隆在重慶期間為推動(dòng)重慶與日本各領(lǐng)域的交流與合作所作出的努力和貢獻(xiàn)表示感謝，希望與日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館繼續(xù)保持良好的互動(dòng)關(guān)系，共同努力推動(dòng)雙方各領(lǐng)域的友好交流與合作。

星山隆對(duì)重慶市政府外事僑務(wù)辦一直以來(lái)給予日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館的幫助和支持表示感謝，他表示在重慶任職是其外交生涯的寶貴經(jīng)歷，希望重慶市政府外事僑務(wù)辦一如既往地支持下一任總領(lǐng)事的工作，共同推動(dòng)雙方友好關(guān)系不斷發(fā)展。

8月23日，市政府外事僑務(wù)辦主任吳康明會(huì)見(jiàn)了即將離任的加拿大駐重慶總領(lǐng)事歐陽(yáng)飛。吳康明說(shuō)，在歐陽(yáng)飛總領(lǐng)事的任期內(nèi)，重慶與加拿大各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的交流與合作都上了新臺(tái)階，尤其是推動(dòng)了加拿大總督約翰斯頓閣下及多位加拿大政要成功訪渝，為重慶與加拿大的交往翻開(kāi)了新的篇章。

歐陽(yáng)飛表示，在其任期內(nèi)，加拿大駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館規(guī)模不斷壯大，涉及工作領(lǐng)域不斷拓展，重慶乃至中國(guó)西南地區(qū)與加拿大的友好交流與合作取得豐碩成果，這都得益于重慶市政府外事僑務(wù)辦等部門(mén)對(duì)其工作的大力支持與幫助。他即將回到加拿大外交部工作，在新的工作崗位上將會(huì)繼續(xù)關(guān)注和支持重慶的發(fā)展，努力宣傳重慶，提高重慶在加知名度。

● 王雯與澳大利亞維多利亞州議會(huì)上院議長(zhǎng)布魯斯·阿特金森進(jìn)行會(huì)談

7月26日，市政府外事僑務(wù)辦副主任王雯，與來(lái)渝訪問(wèn)的澳大利亞維多利亞州議會(huì)上院議長(zhǎng)布魯斯·阿特金森進(jìn)行會(huì)談。

王雯向阿特金森介紹了重慶與維多利亞州，以及與澳大利亞的友好交往情況，建議重慶與維多利亞州未來(lái)可重點(diǎn)探索在公務(wù)員及人才交流、農(nóng)業(yè)、旅游等領(lǐng)域的合作機(jī)遇。

阿特金森對(duì)此表示積極回應(yīng)，并建議將合作領(lǐng)域拓展至服務(wù)、生物科技研發(fā)、會(huì)展等更多行業(yè)。

● 唐文與泰國(guó)政府中小企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展委員會(huì)主席陳杰克舉行工作座談

7月28日，泰國(guó)政府中小企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展委員會(huì)主席陳杰克率團(tuán)訪渝，市政府外事僑務(wù)辦副主任唐文與代表團(tuán)舉行座談交流。

唐文介紹了重慶市的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展情況，以及我市與東盟國(guó)家特別是泰國(guó)的友好交流情況，并表示希望借助泰國(guó)政府中小企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展委員會(huì)平臺(tái)，為推進(jìn)重慶市與泰國(guó)在商品貿(mào)易、文化教育、媒體交流等領(lǐng)域合作牽線搭橋。

陳杰克介紹了泰國(guó)政府中小企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展委員會(huì)在推動(dòng)泰國(guó)與中國(guó)省市合作的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并表示愿意協(xié)助推動(dòng)重慶與泰國(guó)及柬埔寨等東南亞國(guó)家的合作。

● 日本三條市政府代表團(tuán)訪問(wèn)巴南區(qū)

8月2日—3日，日本三條市市長(zhǎng)國(guó)定勇人率該市工商界人士一行12人赴巴南區(qū)訪問(wèn)，重點(diǎn)推動(dòng)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作。

在雙方舉行的經(jīng)貿(mào)對(duì)接座談會(huì)上，巴南區(qū)常務(wù)副區(qū)長(zhǎng)宋葵就該區(qū)工業(yè)、旅游及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和規(guī)劃情況作了詳細(xì)介紹。國(guó)定勇人介紹了三條市的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)五金制品企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)模式和經(jīng)營(yíng)理念。雙方初步達(dá)成在五金產(chǎn)業(yè)方面的合作共識(shí)，并就新能源汽車(chē)、生物醫(yī)藥、商貿(mào)物流等新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，以及機(jī)械制造加工等傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作進(jìn)行了溝通。

● 澳大利亞駐成都總領(lǐng)事林明皓訪問(wèn)豐都縣

8月10日，澳大利亞駐成都總領(lǐng)事林明皓訪問(wèn)豐都，拜會(huì)豐都縣縣長(zhǎng)羅成并參觀考察恒都農(nóng)業(yè)集團(tuán)。羅成和林明皓就豐都進(jìn)口澳大利亞活牛及牛肉項(xiàng)目等問(wèn)題和前景進(jìn)行了探討，還就下一步豐都與澳大利亞在文化、教育、旅游等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的合作達(dá)成了初步共識(shí)。林明皓一行參觀考察了恒都農(nóng)業(yè)集團(tuán)肉牛養(yǎng)殖廠 、屠宰加工廠 、精深加工廠和綜合展示廳。

Wu Kangming met with Hoshiyama Takashi, Consul General of Japan in Chongqing, Mr. Philippe Rheault, Consul General of Canada in Chongqing

On August 21, Wu Kangming, Director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, met with Hoshiyama Takashi, the outgoing Consul General of Japan in Chongqing. Wu Kangming expressed his gratitude for the efforts and contributions made by Hoshiyama Takashi during his stay in Chongqing in promoting exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Japan, hoping to continue to maintain a good interaction with Japanese Consulate General in Chongqing and working together to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation in various fi elds.

Hoshiyama Takashi expressed his gratitude to the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government as well, for providing assistance and support to the Consulate General of Japan in Chongqing. He said that his tenure in Chongqing was a valuable experience of his diplomatic career and hoped that the Foreign Affairs Of fi ce of the Chongqing Municipal Government would continue to support the work of the next Consul General, jointly promoting the continuous development of friendly relations between two sides.

On August 23, Wu Kangming, Director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, met with Mr. Philippe Rheault, the outgoing Consul General of Canada in Chongqing. Wu Kangming said that during the term of office of Mr. Philippe Rheault, the exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Canada have reached a new level in various fields, especially on the promotion of Mr. Johnston, Governor General of Canada, and a number of Canadian politicians' visit in Chongqing, opening a new chapter for Chongqing and Canada.

Mr. Philippe Rheault said that during his term of office,Canadian Consulate General in Chongqing has constantly growing and has been expanding in more areas of work. The friendly exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing, even Southwest China and Canada have achieved fruitful results.All the above have bene fi ted from the strong support and help of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government as well as other departments to the Canadian Consulate. He will return to Canada's Department of Foreign Affairs and will continue to pay close attention to and support the development of Chongqing in his new post. He will work hard to publicize Chongqing and raise the popularity of Chongqing in Canada.

Wang Wen held talks with Bruce Atkinson, speaker of the House of Representatives of the Victorian State Council of Australia

On July 26, Wang Wen, deputy director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, held talks with Bruce Atkinson, speaker of the House of Representatives of the Australian Council of Victoria, who came to visit Chongqing.

Wang Wen briefed Atkinson the past friendly contacts between Chongqing and the State of Victoria, as well as Australia,suggesting that Chongqing and Victoria can focus on exploring opportunities for cooperation in the fi eld of civil service, talent exchange, agriculture and tourism.

Atkinson expressed positive response, and suggested that the fi eld of cooperation will be extended to services, biotechnology research and development, exhibition and other more industries.

Tang Wen held talks with Jack Chen, President of the Thailand Government's SME Economic and Trade Development Committee

On July 28, Jack Chen, President of the Thailand Government's SME Economic and Trade Development Committee led a delegation to visit Chongqing. Tang Wen, deputy director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government held a symposium with the delegation.

Tang Wen introduced the economic and social development of Chongqing, as well as the friendly exchanges between our city and ASEAN countries, especially the exchanges with Thailand, and expressed the hope that on the platform of Thailand Government's SME Economic and Trade Development Committee, it may promote the cooperation between Chongqing and Thailand in commodity trade, cultural, educational, media exchanges and other fi elds.

Chen introduced the resource superiority and rich experience of the Thailand Government's SME Economic and Trade Development Committee in promoting cooperation between Thailand and China's provinces and municipalities, and expressed his willingness to help promote cooperation between Chongqing and Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand and Cambodia.

Japanese delegation from Sanjo Municipal Government visited Ba’nan District,Chongqing, China

On August 2 to 3, Mayor of Sanjo city, Kunisadaidato led 12 business leaders of their city to visit Chongqing Ba'nan District, focusing on promoting economic and trade cooperation.

At the forum on economic and trade cooperation held by the two sides, Song Kui, vice president of Ba'nan District, made a detailed introduction on industrial, tourism, economic and social development and planning of the district.Kunisadaidato introduced the production mode and operation philosophy of their competitive industry, that is, the hardware industry in Sanjo city. The two sides reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation in the hardware industry, and communicate about the cooperation on emerging industries like new energy vehicles, bio-medicine, trade logistics, and traditional industries like machinery manufacturing and processing industry.

Mr. Christopher Meng How Lim, Consul General of Australia in Chengdu visited Fengdu County

On August 10, Mr. Christopher Meng How Lim visited Fengdu County, and met the County Governor Luo Cheng,and also visited Hondo Agricultural Group. Luo Cheng and Mr. Christopher Meng How Lim discussed the problems and prospects about Hondo in importing the live beef from Australia and the beef project. They also reached a preliminary consensus on the cooperation in the next step between Fengdu County and Australia in the areas of culture, education, tourism and other related fields. Mr.Christopher Meng How Lim and some other of fi cials visited cattle breeding plant, slaughter and processing plant,intensive processing plant and comprehensive exhibition hall in Hondo Agricultural Group.
