本項目目標(biāo)定位為零能耗建筑,即通過設(shè)計在大幅降低建筑運行能耗的同時,使用清潔能源(風(fēng)能、太陽能、地?zé)崮埽?,替代常?guī)通過燃燒化石燃料獲得的能源供給建筑所需,從而使建筑達到不需要市政供電、供熱即可滿足自身運行的理想狀態(tài),是進行低能耗建筑設(shè)計的全面實踐。
為實現(xiàn)建筑零能耗這一目標(biāo),在建筑的布局及形體設(shè)計階段,充分考慮各項節(jié)能技術(shù)的需要,力求將造型手法與技術(shù)相結(jié)合。例如,由于該項目用地緊張,因此將為建筑提供能源的光伏發(fā)電板設(shè)置在屋頂之上;結(jié)合建筑場地風(fēng)環(huán)境的模擬數(shù)據(jù),布置建筑自然通風(fēng)的進、排風(fēng)口,在春、秋季節(jié)利用自然通風(fēng)來降低空調(diào)能耗。
This project is envisioned as a building of zero energy consumption. In other words, clean energy including wind energy, solar energy and geothermal energy is used to substitute for regular energy obtained by burning fossil fuel to meet the demand of the building while reducing energy consumption during operation of the building by large margin through architectural design and application of a number of energy efficient technologies, so as to enable the building to ideally satisfy its own operation without municipal power supply and heating. It is a comprehensive practice of architectural design with low energy consumption.
In order to achieve this objective, i.e., zero energy consumption in a building, various energy efficiency technologies are taken into full consideration during building layout and formal design to strive to integrate shape with technology. For example, photovoltaic panels that provide energy for the building are integrated with roof since this project site is rather limited; air inlets and outlets for natural ventilation of the building are arranged based on simulation data of site wind environment to reduce energy consumption in A/C with natural ventilation in spring and autumn.
