HOK受托為巴庫火焰塔項目提供了基地規(guī)劃和塔樓建筑概念和方案設計服務。該項目矗立于阿塞拜疆共和國國會正前方的坡地之上，內(nèi)含多種業(yè)態(tài)。

巴庫以“永恒火焰之城”之名聞名遐邇，對火的崇拜早已融入其歷史之中。這正是火焰塔的標志性設計靈感所在。整個項目由三座火焰造型的塔樓組成，功能各異，呈三角形分布。高達140米的火焰塔是周邊地區(qū)的制高點，已成為巴庫天際線的絢麗亮點。

火焰塔雕塑般的建筑形態(tài)來源于這個國家的象征——永恒之火，同時又像船只揚起的風帆，映射出巴庫作為里海重要港口城市的歷史地位。

最終完成的設計包含三座功能各異的塔樓。39 層高的住宅樓，也是三座中的最高樓，布置在基地南部，可容納 130 套能夠欣賞周邊極致美景的豪華公寓。酒店樓位于基地北角，高33層，提供250間客房和61套服務式公寓。最后一座辦公樓位于基地西側(cè)，提供凈面積達33,144平方米的甲級靈活商業(yè)辦公空間。

酒店宴會廳和會議設施之上是三層裙樓，含有面積達30,000平方米的商業(yè)零售空間。其中兩層可從外部進入，打造出一個獨特的坡地層疊空間。大樓地下是雙層相通的停車庫，另外還有四層停車庫圍繞酒店設施而建。

巴庫火焰塔由國際地產(chǎn)公司 Azinko Development MMC開發(fā)，由DIA 控股擔任總承包商，Hill 國際擔任項目管理公司。

HOK was appointed to undertake the masterplan, concept and schematic design for the site and towers. The programme included a complex suite of uses on a sloping site directly in front of the country’s Parliament.

Known as the ‘region of eternal fres’, Baku’s long history of fre worshiping provided the inspiration for the development’s iconic design, consisting of three fame shaped towers, each with a diferent function, set in a triangular shape. Standing at 140 metres high, Baku Flame Towers is seen from most vantage points within the surrounding area and already a prominent feature of the Baku skyline. The sculptural shapes were derived from the eternal fames which are a symbol for the country. They also evoke ships sails, referencing Baku’s history as an important port on the Caspian Sea.

The completed design consists of three towers each containing a distinct function. The residential tower sits to the south, accommodating some 130 residential apartments over 39 foors, and is the tallest of the three towers. It will house luxury apartments and boasts stunning views across the surrounding area, the hotel is sited on the northern corner of the site and consists of 250 rooms and 61 serviced apartments over 33 foors. The last tower designed as ofces is set on the western side of the complex, providing a net 33,114 square metres of grade A fexible commercial ofce space.

The podium comprises 30,000m2 of retail space on three levels located directly above the hotel’s ballroom and conferencing facilities. Two of the three levels of retail are accessible from the exterior creating a unique cascade of space across the sloped site. Two connecting levels of parking form the basement of the building while four additional levels of parking wrap the hotel facilities.

Baku Flame Towers is a project by Azinko Development MMC with DIA Holdings as the design and build contractors and Hill International as the project managers.
