動物耳朵知多少

小朋友們，你們知道嗎，動物的耳朵形態(tài)各異，還具有很多特殊的功能呢！

狗的耳朵會來回轉(zhuǎn)，可以聽到四面八方的聲音。

蝙蝠（Bat）耳朵是圓的，可以接收口中發(fā)出的超聲波。

鳥的耳朵沒有耳廓，這是為了飛行的時候減少阻力。

松鼠（Squirrel）的耳廓有保護(hù)眼睛的作用，使它的眼睛不會被樹枝荊棘傷害到。

非洲沙漠中有一種動物叫大耳狐（Bat-eared Fox），它的耳朵占了身體的極大部分，這么大的耳朵不但可以擋住烈日熱浪的侵襲，還可以把積聚在體內(nèi)的熱量散發(fā)出去。

動物界里聽力最厲害的是一種叫大蠟螟（Galleria Mellonella）的飛蛾，它的聽力比人類的耳朵要敏感150倍呢！

Bony， Cathy and Mary meet each other at the zoo gate and they go inside the zoo together.

Mary： Listen！Do you hear the sound over there？What animal is making the trumpet sound？

瑪麗：聽，你們聽到那邊的聲音了嗎？是什么動物發(fā)出的鳴叫聲？

Bony：Sounds like lion. There is a lion mountain near here.

波尼：聽起來像是獅子，不遠(yuǎn)處有一座獅子山。

Cathy：No， Lion roars. It must be from other animal.

凱西：不對，獅子是吼叫?？隙ㄊ莿e的動物發(fā)出的聲音。

Bony：Well， I guess it is from elephant. I heard the same sound in a circus show.

波尼：嗯，那我猜是大象的聲音，我在一個馬戲團(tuán)表演中聽過。

Mary： Lets visit elephant valley. It is just ahead of us！

瑪麗：那我們?nèi)⒂^大象谷吧，就在前面！

Cathy：Wow， so many elephants！You are right， Bony. The trumpet sound was from them.

凱西：哇，好多大象！你說得沒錯，波尼，那確實是大象的叫聲。

Mary：Look at their ears！They are like fans.

瑪麗：看它們的耳朵，像扇子一樣。

Bony：Yes，so when they feel hot， they can use their ears to cool themselves down.

波尼：是啊，要是它們覺得熱了，就能用耳朵當(dāng)扇子納涼了。

Cathy and Mary： Hahaha！
