摘 要：該研究采用基于部分可分離函數(shù)模型的高時(shí)空分辨率磁共振成像（MRI）方法，突破了冠狀動(dòng)脈血管壁成像在理論和方法等關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題上的難點(diǎn)，解決了冠狀動(dòng)脈MRI長期以來因時(shí)間分辨率不足引起的心臟運(yùn)動(dòng)偽影和采集時(shí)間過長等技術(shù)瓶頸。在此基礎(chǔ)上，研究基于順磁性納米粒子的高特異性、高敏感性的多因子MRI血管斑塊探針及其早期診斷冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊破裂的可行性，以及基于干細(xì)胞標(biāo)記示蹤的MRI分子影像學(xué)方法，并研究基于靶向微泡探針的超聲分子影像方法，作為冠狀動(dòng)脈MRI的有效輔助。

Progress Report on Fast High-resolution MRI of Coronary Vessel Wall

Abstract：Fast high-resolution MRI of coronary vessel wall is a challenging topic in MRI field. A new method based on PS model is proposed in this work in order to explore the feasibility of fast high-resolution imaging of the coronary vessel wall and make breakthroughs in scientific theory， methods and other key issues. Moreover， the proposed method can resolve cardiac motion artifacts and other technical bottlenecks caused by low time resolution.. besides what mentioned above， we developed high-specific and ultra-sensitive superparamagnetic nanoparticles for the detection of vascular plaque and studied on the feasibility of early diagnosis of vulnerable coronary atherosclerotic plaque rupture. As an effective assistance way to coronary MR imaging， we also studied molecular imaging methods to track down the labeled stem cells.
