補(bǔ)腎活血湯聯(lián)合補(bǔ)鈣劑口服治療老年性骨質(zhì)疏松癥臨床觀察

【摘 要】目的：觀察補(bǔ)腎活血湯聯(lián)合補(bǔ)鈣劑口服治療老年性骨質(zhì)疏松癥的臨床療效。方法：將156例老年性骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組，每組78例。2組均給予口服鈣爾奇D3基礎(chǔ)治療，對(duì)照組在基礎(chǔ)治療基礎(chǔ)上口服阿侖膦酸鈉片，治療組在基礎(chǔ)治療基礎(chǔ)上口服補(bǔ)腎活血湯。2組均治療3個(gè)月，隨訪6個(gè)月。記錄治療后6個(gè)月2組患者的骨質(zhì)狀態(tài)、生理狀態(tài)以及出現(xiàn)的不良反應(yīng)，比較2組患者的視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分、骨密度以及骨代謝指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：治療后6個(gè)月，2組VAS評(píng)分較治療前下降（P < 0.05），且治療組下降程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P < 0.05）。2組腰椎骨密度較治療前均明顯升高（P < 0.05），治療組高于對(duì)照組，但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。骨代謝生化指標(biāo)顯示，2組治療后血清骨鈣素、Ⅰ型原膠原N-端前肽、Ⅰ型膠原交聯(lián)C-末端肽均較治療前改善，且治療組改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，2組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論：采用補(bǔ)腎活血湯聯(lián)合鈣爾奇口服治療老年性骨質(zhì)疏松癥能夠顯著緩解患者臨床疼痛癥狀，增加骨密度含量，改善骨轉(zhuǎn)換，提高患者生活質(zhì)量。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis with Bushen Huoxue Tang（補(bǔ)腎活血湯）Combining Calcium Supplement

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Tang（補(bǔ)腎活血湯）combining

with calcium supplement in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods：One hundred and fifty six elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group，78 cases in each group.The 2 groups were orally given Caltrate D3 as the basic treatment，based on which the control group was orally given alendronate sodium tablets and the treatment group was orally given Bushen Huoxue Tang.The two groups were treated for 3 months and followed up for 6 months.After 6 months of treatment，the bone status，physiological status and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded and their VAS scores and bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes were compared.Results：Six months after treatment，the VAS scores of the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05），and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.The lumbar spine bone mineral density of the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment（P < 0.05），and that of the treatment group was higher than the control group，but the difference was not statistically significant（P > 0.05）.Biochemical indicators of bone metabolism showed that the BGP，PINP and S-CTX of the 2 groups were improved after treatment，and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group，the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （P < 0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of senile osteoporosis，Bushen Huoxue Tang combined with Caltrate calcium supplement can significantly relieve clinical symptoms of pain，increase bone density，improve bone turnover，and improve life quality of patients.
