外國駐渝蓉領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)新春工作聯(lián)誼會在渝舉行

1月22日，由重慶市政府外僑辦與市外經(jīng)貿(mào)委聯(lián)合舉辦的“2016外國駐渝蓉領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)新春工作聯(lián)誼會”在萬豪酒店舉行，駐渝、蓉各領(lǐng)館領(lǐng)事及工作人員近200人與市政府辦公廳、市外僑辦、市外經(jīng)貿(mào)委、外貿(mào)集團(tuán)等單位相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及處室負(fù)責(zé)人歡聚一堂，共賀新春。

副市長陳綠平在聯(lián)誼會上致辭，他代表重慶市人民政府向各位來賓表示熱烈的歡迎并致以新春的祝福，他稱贊各國領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)致力于推動重慶與各國的務(wù)實(shí)合作，取得了顯著的成效，實(shí)現(xiàn)了互利共贏，希望各位領(lǐng)事官員繼續(xù)關(guān)注并大力支持重慶的開放發(fā)展。市政府外僑辦主任朱晞顏主持聯(lián)誼會。

聯(lián)誼會上，各領(lǐng)館都表演了精彩的節(jié)目，聯(lián)誼會在其樂融融的氣氛中結(jié)束。

意大利古生物學(xué)家攜紀(jì)錄片《龐貝三日》與重慶觀眾面對面交流

1月26日，意大利著名古生物學(xué)家、記者、作家和紀(jì)錄片編導(dǎo)—阿爾貝托·安吉拉，攜他執(zhí)導(dǎo)的紀(jì)錄片《龐貝三日》來到重慶方所書店與觀眾見面，與重慶觀眾分享他發(fā)現(xiàn)龐貝的細(xì)節(jié)之處以及他和考古之間的情緣。

本場活動也是意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館主辦的海悅匯·歐洲商品城“情系意大利之秋”文化活動的最后一個活動。安吉拉首次來到重慶開展專題講座，親臨現(xiàn)場，以“龐貝的生與死”為主題向公眾介紹龐貝考古的最新研究成果和技術(shù)，解密火山爆發(fā)留給龐貝古城的眾多謎題?；顒赢?dāng)天還放映了由他執(zhí)導(dǎo)的紀(jì)錄片作品，引得在場觀眾的共鳴。古生物學(xué)出身的他，還借此機(jī)會前往重慶大足石刻景區(qū)一探究竟。

阿爾貝托·安吉拉是意大利科普領(lǐng)域最著名的傳媒人，他從事電視工作20年，他執(zhí)導(dǎo)拍攝的紀(jì)錄片曾在40多個國家的電視臺播出。

據(jù)悉，安吉拉還以此紀(jì)錄片為基礎(chǔ)，出版了專著《龐貝三日：公元79年10月23日—25日，悲劇全紀(jì)錄》，該書的中文版將于今年秋天面世。書中詳細(xì)介紹了最新的考古研究成果，帶領(lǐng)讀者走進(jìn)古代龐貝，了解悲劇發(fā)生的細(xì)節(jié)。該書不僅是一部文學(xué)作品，更有專業(yè)著作的深度。

活動當(dāng)晚，意大利駐渝總領(lǐng)館還在南濱路麗笙世嘉酒店舉行了第二屆2015年度金椒獎暨海悅匯·歐洲商品城情系意大利之秋閉幕儀式。為答謝與表彰在這一年里積極與總領(lǐng)事館開展合作，給予領(lǐng)館大力支持的機(jī)構(gòu)，意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館為來自商貿(mào)、教育、新聞、企業(yè)、文化與藝術(shù)等領(lǐng)域的共45家單位授予金椒獎，重慶市人民政府外事僑務(wù)辦公室副主任龍舟、阿爾貝托·安吉拉先生與總領(lǐng)事馬非同共同為獲獎單位頒獎。

市政府外僑辦組織開展“送溫暖慰問歸僑僑眷”活動

1月12—15日，市政府外僑辦副主任楊大慶先后到江北區(qū)、渝中區(qū)、南岸區(qū)、永川區(qū)看望慰問我市唯一健在的“南僑機(jī)工”蔣印生及其他健在的4位機(jī)工遺孀；前往重慶大學(xué)和重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)慰問僑界知識分子代表。由此，拉開了2016年“送溫暖慰問歸僑僑眷”活動的序幕。在走訪慰問中，楊大慶詳細(xì)了解他（她）們的生活現(xiàn)狀、健康狀況和家庭情況，送上了節(jié)日慰問金，送去了黨和政府的問候與祝福。他特別叮囑隨行的區(qū)僑辦工作人員要隨時關(guān)注老機(jī)工及其遺孀們的健康，竭力幫助她們解決遇到的實(shí)際困難。

據(jù)悉，此次“送溫暖慰問歸僑僑眷”活動通過走訪慰問、召開茶話會、團(tuán)拜會、聯(lián)歡會等多種形式慰問歸僑僑眷代表，確保活動取得實(shí)效，并向區(qū)縣僑辦下?lián)芰?2萬元的專項(xiàng)慰問金。

2016 Chinese New Year Gathering of Consulates in Chongqing and Chengdu

On January 22, “2016 Chinese New Year Gathering of Consulates in Chongqing and Chengdu” jointly organized by Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Chongqing Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission was held at the Marriott Hotel, nearly 200 people from Consulates in Chongqing, Chengdu and the Chongqing municipal government offices have gathered to celebrate the new year.

Deputy Mayor of Chognqing, Chen Lvping gave a speech,and sent a warm welcome and new year greetings to all on behalf of Chongqing Municipal People's Government. he highly praised the signifi cant results of consular agencies have made to promote pragmatic cooperation between Chongqing and other countries, and mutual benefi t and win-win situation. He hoped for continued attention and support from consular offi cials for Chongqing’s open development. This social gathering was hosted by Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Offi ce,Mr. Zhu Xiyan.

CFO Organizes 2016 "Warm Condolences of Returned Overseas Chinese and Their Relatives" Activity

January 12-15th, Deputy Director Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Offi ce, Mr.Yang Daqing, went to districts of Jiangbei, Yuzhong, Nanan, Yongchuan to condole with the only "Nanyang mechanic" alive in Chongqing, Mr.Jiang Yinsheng and widows of 4 mechanics. He also went to Chongqing University and Chongqing Medical University to condole with representatives of overseas Chinese intellectuals. Thus, it opened the chapter of 2016 "warm condolences of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives" activity. Yang Daqing asked about their life, health and family situation, and send them the Festival consolation money with greetings and best wishes of the Government. Especially telling the District Office staff to keep an eye on the old mechanic and the widows’ health, helping them solve practical problems.

It is reported that the "warm condolences of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives" activities has achieved tangible results by visiting our condolences, holding a tea party, and other forms of condolence, to ensure the achievement of the activity. They also allocated 320,000 Yuan special relief funds to the District overseas Chinese offi ces.

Italian Paleontologists Visits Chongqing and Meets the Audience

On January 26, Italian famous paleontologist, journalist, writer and documentary film producer –Alberto Angela, came to Chongqing carrying his documentary Pompeii 3days to meet with the audience, sharing his details in discovering Pompeii, as well as between him and the archaeology of love.

This event is also the last activity of cultural activities of Autumn Italy that’s sponsored by Italian Consulate-General in Chongqing. It was Angela’s fi rst time to come to Chongqing and showed up in person at the scene, introducing to the public the archaeological research and technology of "Pompey's life and death" as the theme about Pompeii, decrypting many puzzles the volcanic eruption leaves for Pompeii's. It also played a documentary directed by him, which has attracted the audience's sympathy. As paleontology he also took this opportunity to Dazu rock carvings.

Angela is the most famous media person in Italy who has been working in TV industry for 20 years; he directed a documentary that broadcasts in more than 40 countries.

It is reported that Angela has also published a monograph, Pompeii, 3rd: October 23, 79 ad – 25th, full record of the tragedy based on this documentary, whose Chinese version will be launched in this autumn. The book was about details of the latest archaeological findings, taking readers into the ancient Pompeii to learn details of the tragedy. The book is not only a work of literature, but more depth of a professional literature.

On the same day, the Italy Consulate General in Chongqing held its second session of 2015 Golden chili award and Italy autumn closing ceremony at Radisson Hotel. Italy Consulate-General in Chongqing awarded the Golden Chili awards to 45 units in business, education, journalism, business, cultural and arts fi elds to appreciate and recognize the actively cooperation with the Consulate, and supports given to the consulate. Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce, Mr. Long Zhou; Alberto Angela; and General Consulate of Italy in Chongqing, Mr.Sergio Maffettone gave awards to winning units together.
