項目基地位于弗雷米古街和格勒內(nèi)勒大道之間?;氐姆轿缓芴厥猓渲行呐c周圍的花園連成一線。為了達(dá)到巴黎的低能耗建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn),依靠技術(shù)方案成為項目實施的必要措施。
建筑包括格勒內(nèi)勒大道上的9層樓體和弗雷米古街上的10層樓體,這使得住宅單元擁有了二次曝光的機(jī)會。建筑的南端延伸出涼廊空間,景色宜人。
折皺式的設(shè)計是為了對外立面進(jìn)行最大化的利用,并且突出朝向開放空間的窗戶。該項目的特別之處在于它合并了社會福利住房和私人住宅單元。因此,對于外立面的處理只是在普通的方式上增加了一些變化。
內(nèi)部不連接的4個外立面由水平網(wǎng)狀圍護(hù)外殼從外部包裹——弗雷米古街一側(cè)的材料為玻璃,花園一側(cè)為陽極氧化鋁板和木板,而格勒內(nèi)勒大道一側(cè)為瓷漆陶板。□(王欣欣 譯)
The plot allotted to the project is situated between Fremicourt Street and Boulevard de Grenelle. It is exceptional by its orientation and its center which is in continuity with the neighbouring gardens. In order to achieve a Low Energy Consumption Building in Paris, it is fundamental to reckon on important technical plans of action.
The position of the building's body on the boulevard (nine foors high) and on the street (ten levels high) is planned in a way to provide housing units with double exposition. Their south end is extended by loggia spaces with pleasant views.
The facades are creased in order to exploit its exposition at best and to mark the opening to the free surrounding spaces. Te program's particularity is that the same operation unites social housing units as well as private housing units. Tus, we have decided to treat the facades in a common way but with some declension.
The four facades, isolated on the interior,have been enveloped in an openwork horizontal sheathing elements - using glass for the Fremicourt side, anodized aluminium and wood for the garden side, and finally enamelled terracotta for the Boulevard de Grenelle side.

Périphériques 建筑師事務(wù)所 (PA):色彩在這個項目中的作用是創(chuàng)造一個在永恒運動之中的建筑。隨著日照的變化,項目的外觀通過陶板呈現(xiàn)出彩虹色的變化。
WA:本項目中最具創(chuàng)造性和吸引力的設(shè)計是什么?
PA:本項目包括了兩種類型的外立面。在弗雷米古街一側(cè),北立面由陶板組成,而南立面由木板表皮組成,寬敞的陽臺和涼廊營造了不同的體量組合方式。
WA:在設(shè)計過程中最困難的部分是什么?
PA:給陶板上瓷釉的過程是困難并且漫長的。最終還是選擇了這種工藝生產(chǎn)過程,并且取得了十分令人滿意的效果。

WA:What is the role of the colour in this project?
Périphériques Architectes (PA):The role of the colour in this project is to create a colourful building in perpetual motion. Indeed the colours of the project appear by iridescence of terracotta according to daylight and its intensity.
WA:What is the most creative and attractive solution?
PA:Te project includes two types of facades. On the street side, the north facade is composed by terracotta and the south facade by wooden claddings with its wide balconies and loggias to allow a composition of volume diference.
WA:What was the most difficult part in the process of design?
PA:The development of enameling on terracotta was difficult and long. It is a craft production that was finally chosen and the final result is very satisfying.
WA:What is the feedback from the users and the community?
PA: Te users are very satisfed.
WA:How did this project improve the quality of the public space?
PA:The colourful appearance changes according to the daylight, providing more or less a strong presence of the building on public space and confgured it.

方曉風(fēng):由材料形成的不同色彩組合,是一種更為本分的建筑處理手法,自然材質(zhì)和人工材質(zhì)的不同感受調(diào)和了項目的整體形象,形成細(xì)膩且富于變化的灰調(diào)子。曲折起伏的形體與細(xì)膩的材質(zhì)搭配,營造了一種閑適的氛圍,顯然符合住宅這一命題,也容易與周邊的城市公園銜接。令人印象深刻的是瓷釉陶板這一外墻材料的使用,釉面肌理加上對環(huán)境的反射,形成了迷離的視覺效果,宛若垂直的湖面,風(fēng)吹過就能掀起一陣漣漪。
莊子玉:本項目的表皮圖解之于其所呼應(yīng)的空間屬性極為明確和清晰:北側(cè)及西側(cè)以瓷漆陶板對應(yīng)主要城市界面,釉色所帶來的迷離的幻彩和多變性仿佛是其所面對的當(dāng)代都市性格的隱喻,同時與其外部空間曖昧的關(guān)系也使其表皮的領(lǐng)域感進(jìn)一步外擴(kuò)從而獲得更多的公眾參與性;南側(cè)木板對應(yīng)內(nèi)向景觀和私密性空間,并通過折疊褶皺獲得景觀界面最大化。木色和質(zhì)感則作為瓷漆陶板的對比反向強(qiáng)化了對生活化的場景與家庭單元屬性的回歸。

FANG Xiaofeng: It is a more dependable method to deal with buildings with the combination of various coloured materials. The different feelings of natural materials and artificial materials reconcile the overall image of the project, forming an exquisite and changeable grey tone. The winding shape has been matched with the exquisite materials, creating a leisurely and comfortable atmosphere. Obviously, it not only satisfes the purpose of a residential building,but also perfectly joins the ambient of the city parks. The adoption of enameled terracotta as the external wall material is very impressive. Te enameled texture,together with the environmental refection, has formed a blurred visual efect, which seems to be the vertical lake surface with ripples brought by wind.
ZHUANG Ziyu: This project in Paris acknowledges the diferent levels of privacy as something not limited to the inside of one's own walls. Instead it reads the inside and the outside of the perimeter block as two essentially diferent areas, one paying tribute to the city,and one paying tribute to itself. Te fa?ades are for that reason extremely important for the expression of the architectural idea, as they are the layer communicating with its environs. In a consequent approach the two outer fa?ades are therefore very differently designed from the interior ones. Interestingly, the pattern of both the outer ceramic tiles and the wooden boards on the inside carry on the same characteristics, but the glazed outside is reflecting the city, whilst the wood is of its own natural colour. In a direct sense it pays tribute to the surrounding through the mineral surface, but even in a more metaphorical way the homage can be understood as a reflection of the various shades of the city, and the colourful life within. At the same time the interior fa?ade focuses on the natural character of the inside of the perimeter block, searching the dialogue with nature,as opposed to the city. It will be interesting to see how the colours of the wood will fade over time and ideally underline the simple, nearly archaic feeling of the inside,as a stark contrast to the oscillating exterior.
