摘 要:以準(zhǔn)一維碳納米管、半導(dǎo)體硅納米線為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)不同荷能粒子束與準(zhǔn)一維納米管、半導(dǎo)體硅納米線和固體納米薄膜材料作用過(guò)程及相變和性能研究,揭示荷能粒子束與納米結(jié)構(gòu)作用過(guò)程及誘導(dǎo)相變機(jī)制,詮釋荷能粒子作用下納米材料中的一些新現(xiàn)象、新規(guī)律和新性能,獲得具有特殊性能的碳基和硅基新型準(zhǔn)一維納米材料;揭示納米材料加工、材料結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的荷能粒子束調(diào)控的基本原理和粒子束驅(qū)動(dòng)成形的規(guī)律,建立利用荷能粒子束在納米尺度內(nèi)對(duì)材料結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行精確調(diào)控的技術(shù);建立荷能粒子作用下微納結(jié)構(gòu)物質(zhì)的輻照損傷理論模型、固體納米結(jié)構(gòu)的形成理論。利用粒子束技術(shù)可控構(gòu)建具有潛在重要應(yīng)用前景的2~3種碳基和硅基新型準(zhǔn)一維功能納米線,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)功能納米結(jié)構(gòu)的精細(xì)調(diào)控。

Abstract:Study intereactions among nantube, nanline, and nano- thin films, with energitic ion beams, espeialy based on carbon nanotube and Si nanlines. Uncover the pahse transformation mechanisms during ions bombardment processes. Demonstrating novel phenomena,principal and properties.Obtain novel Si and carbon based nano materials and devices. Explore techniques to novel nano-manufacturing, materials structure and properties. Establish the related theoritical models.
