【摘要】信息流是供應鏈管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),那么如何調(diào)動供應鏈成員進行信息共享,增加供應鏈成員的收益成為關鍵。本文研究的是在零售商為主導的背景下,通過建立由零售商和供應商組成的兩階段供應鏈模型,在激勵機制的條件下促使供應商和零售商進行信息共享,最終實現(xiàn)雙方成員達到共贏。
Abstract:The flow of information is an important link in supply chain management .The focus of this problem is how to incentive the members of supply chain to share their information and Increase revenue. Under the background of retailer dominated and with a two-echelon supply chain as the object of the research, we should encourage suppliers and retailers to share information to realizing“win-win”for members of supply chain.
