On the basis of the conceptional structure of social work in ethnic areas,the article illustrates social work value system construction process in the course of social work by the collaborative practice of clients,social workers and researchers.

In 1970s the European continental countries put forward criticism and reflection on the traditional social work methods(case work,group work and community work).Social work counselling,as one of the modern social work methods,is one of the core professional behaviors of social work and also a kind of important service field of social work(in the European continental countries).After scientific elaboration and definition of social work counselling,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the structural features and differences between so-cial work counselling and clinical counselling(psychological counselling and psychotherapy),and takes the children education counselling of Hua Ren as an example to summarize the essential difference between social work counselling and clinical counselling.The results show that the structural features of clinical counselling are mainly reflected in:"away from the daily life,focusing on the psychological process,concentrating on the key issues,taking treatment function as the main target”;the structural features of social work counselling are mainly reflected in:“close to the daily life,paying attention to the complexity of daily life,flexible handling of the problem,taking the preventive and counselling function as the main target”.Both has the same intervention target:to ensure the smooth progress of daily life through helping the service object to solve the problems.Social work counselling and clinical counselling can complement each other and develop together.From the perspective of the necessity and urgency to coping with the"hidden social problems",the preventive perspective to solve the problem,the perspective of professional development of social work,to promote and develop social work counselling services,has an important strategic significance.

Given birth to babies does not necessary accompanied by identification with parenthood,especially when they are severely mentally or physically challenged.The article will analyze how the parenthood is constructed by deep interviewing 19 mothers,fathers and teachers of children with autism.Here are the findings,1)the identification of parenthood is highly challenged by the binary hierarchy between able-bodiedness and disability and the privatization of caring responsibility;2)Gendered identity strongly affect the extent of mothers and fathers accepting children with autism,their caring ability and the distribution of housework and fathers usually face more challenge than mothers;3)Both the service agency for autism and religion promote the identification with parenthood,which mothers are needed as the mediators;and 4)the comprehensive social welfare policy,which covers the economic aids,workplace,emotion,caring techniques and social values,is urgently needed since the challenge brought by severe disability such as autism is far beyond the individual family’s capability.
