Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activity on reducing the incidence of postoperative urine retention in patients with cervical cancer. Methods The quality control team was set up and the theme of reducing incidence rate of postoperative retention of urine was decided. Incidence of postoperative urine retention was compared before and after the intervention. Results The incidence of postoperative urine retention in patients after quality control circle activity was lower than that in patients before quality control circle activity (χ2=4.11，P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle activity may be an effective method to reduce the incidence of postoperative urine retention in patients with cervical cancer.

目的 觀察品管圈活動(dòng)降低宮頸癌術(shù)后尿潴留效果。 方法 成立品管圈小組，確立品管圈活動(dòng)主題為降低宮頸癌術(shù)后尿潴留的發(fā)生率,分析活動(dòng)前后患者尿潴留發(fā)生率變化。 結(jié)果 品管圈活動(dòng)實(shí)施后宮頸癌術(shù)后尿潴留發(fā)生率較實(shí)施前降低(χ2=4.11,P=0.04)。 結(jié)論 品管圈活動(dòng)可有效降低宮頸癌患者術(shù)后尿潴留發(fā)生率。
