本案是一個(gè)南京民國(guó)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與再利用的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐，采用了謹(jǐn)慎與積極的兩種設(shè)計(jì)策略：“修舊如舊”與“改造出新”，從而協(xié)調(diào)了建筑群間的矛盾性與復(fù)雜性，使多樣共生成為可能。院的引入及街的塑造整合了建筑間的孤立狀態(tài)，豐富了外部空間的層次?；诮Y(jié)構(gòu)邏輯與傳統(tǒng)技藝的青磚砌筑，表達(dá)了對(duì)于民國(guó)文化的記憶與延續(xù)。

This project is a practice on heritage preservation and revitalization of buildings constructed in the period of the Republic of China in Nanjing. Both cautious and proactive strategies are adopted–"repairing the old as old" and "revitalizing for the new". Contradiction and complexity among buildings can be observed, creating a diversified coexistence.
