捕月亮的網(wǎng)

我做了一張捕月亮的網(wǎng)，

今晚就要外出捕獵。

我要飛跑著把它拋向天空，

一定要套住那輪巨大的明月。

第二天，假如天上不見了月亮，

你完全可以這樣想：

我已捕到了我的獵物，

把它裝進(jìn)了捕月亮的網(wǎng)。

萬一月亮還在發(fā)光，

不妨瞧瞧下面，你會(huì)看清，

我正在天空自在地打著秋千，

網(wǎng)里的獵物卻是顆星星。

I’ve made me a moon-catchin’ net，

And I’m going hunting tonight，

I’ll run along swinging it over my head，

And grab for that big ball of light.

So tomorrow just look at the sky，

And if there’s no moon you can bet

I’ve found what I sought and I finally caught

The moon in my moon-catchin’ net.

But if the moon’s still shinning there，

Look close underneath and you’ll get

A clear look at me in the sky swinging free

With a star in my moon-catchin’ net.

謝爾·希爾弗斯坦（ 1932—），美國兒童文學(xué)作家。生于芝加哥，曾任《太平洋星條旗》雜志記者。以兒童文學(xué)創(chuàng)作馳名于世，主要作品有寓言《奉獻(xiàn)的書樹》（1964），詩集《人行道的盡頭》（1974），《閣樓上的燈光》（1981）。這三部作品被認(rèn)為將成為兒童文學(xué)的經(jīng)典之作。
