Appreciation of Li Ming’s Artworks

Li Ming was born in Yingkou city, Liaoning Province in 1963 and graduated from Northeast Normal University with the major of traditional Chinese painting in 1989. Now he is a member of China Artists Association, director of Creation and Research Department of Shenyang Calligraphy & Painting Academy, vice president of Chinese Painter and Calligrapher Association, etc.

He has devoted himself to the creation and research of figure-paintings for many years, creating numerous masterpieces. What’s more, many of his artworks have been selected into wellknown journals and collected by famous museums.

李明，1963年出生，遼寧營(yíng)口人。1989年畢業(yè)于東北師范大學(xué)美術(shù)系國(guó)畫專業(yè)，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位。1998年畢業(yè)于天津美術(shù)學(xué)院研究生課程班。

現(xiàn)為中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，沈陽(yáng)書畫院創(chuàng)研部主任、遼寧省美術(shù)創(chuàng)作院副院長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)書畫家協(xié)會(huì)副主席。

1990年開(kāi)始致力于主旋律人物畫創(chuàng)作。作品《黎明的山花》獲九?一八全國(guó)美展金獎(jiǎng)；《長(zhǎng)城勇士》獲全國(guó)美展銅獎(jiǎng)；《戀》入選全國(guó)第八屆美展；《沂蒙曙光》獲紀(jì)念中國(guó)抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和世界反法西斯勝利五十周年優(yōu)秀作品獎(jiǎng)；《深秋時(shí)節(jié)》入選全國(guó)第二屆花鳥(niǎo)畫大展獲佳作獎(jiǎng)；《血肉長(zhǎng)城》入選關(guān)東畫展；《魚(yú)水情深》入選心系汶川全國(guó)美術(shù)作品特展；《神通兄弟》參加中國(guó)藝術(shù)研究院“為農(nóng)民工造像”邀請(qǐng)展；《秋天的歌》入選建軍75周年全軍美展。作品在《美術(shù)》、《美術(shù)大觀》、《美苑》、《美術(shù)觀察》、《美術(shù)之友》、《中國(guó)文化報(bào)》、《中國(guó)書畫報(bào)》等國(guó)家級(jí)重點(diǎn)刊物上發(fā)表。

2006年受中共中央黨史研究室邀請(qǐng)，創(chuàng)作黨史主體畫“長(zhǎng)征組畫系列”《過(guò)草地》、《血濺湘江》和《飛奪瀘定橋》，三幅作品被國(guó)家級(jí)博物館收藏。

2006年，被沈陽(yáng)市政府授予德藝雙馨文藝家。

2010年加入田黎明工作室任導(dǎo)師助教。
