靜脈留置針與靜脈輸液針在院前急救中的應(yīng)用效果比較

摘要：目的 比較分析靜脈留置針與靜脈輸液針在院前急救中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 隨機(jī)選取我院院前急救中的300例患者，分為靜脈留置針組與靜脈輸液針組各150例，對其臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組在穿刺成功率、針頭無移位、針刺傷發(fā)生率、針頭脫出、滲漏等情況，比較評價(jià)兩種靜脈穿刺的應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果 兩組病例在穿刺成功率、針刺傷發(fā)生率等方面比較差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)，但靜脈留置針組稍優(yōu)于靜脈輸液針組；兩組病例在針頭脫落、滲漏、針頭無移位等情況上比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)，靜脈留置針組顯著優(yōu)于靜脈輸液針組。結(jié)論 在院前急救中應(yīng)用靜脈留置針可有效降低針頭脫落與滲漏的發(fā)生率，為針頭無移位提供保障，確保靜脈通路的通暢，便于搶救急、危、重患者同時(shí)多種藥物治療或多次靜脈給藥，可為急救患者贏得搶救時(shí)機(jī)，提高院前急救的搶救成功率，適宜在院前急救中廣泛應(yīng)用。

Application Effect between Intravenous Ctheters and Intravenous Fluid Infusion Nedles in the Pe-hospital Emergency

Abstract：Objective The purpose is to compare the effectiveness of intravenous caheters and intravenous fluid infusion needles in the pre-hospital emergency. Methods 300 patients with pre-hospital Emergency in our hospital were randomly divided into Intravenous catheters group and intravenous fluid Infusion Nedles group， 150 cases in each group， a retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data. ResultsThere was not statistically significant between both groups on the success rate of puncture， incidence of needle stick injuries and so on (P>0.05)， Intravenous catheters group was better than Intravenous fluid Infusion needles group. There was statistically significant between both groups on Needle drop， leakage， no shift of the needle and so on(P<0.05)， Intravenous catheters group was better than Intravenous fluid Infusion needles group. ConclusionIn the application of Intravenous catheters in pre hospital emergency can effectively reduce the needle abscission and the incidence of leakage， In order to provide security for the needle without displacement， to ensure patency of venous access， convenient first-aid， dangerous，heavy patients and multiple medications or repeated intravenous administration， for emergency patients win rescue time， to improve the success rate of pre hospital emergency ， Suitable for wide application in pre hospital emergency .
