Ms.Chen Mei， Tu nationality， was born in Minhe county， Qinghai Province in 1963. Currently， she is the Office Director of Qinghai Culture Center， a member both of Qinghai Photographers Association and Qinghai Calligraphyers Association， the vice chairman of Qinghai Artworks Collection Association， a senior researcher of China International Modern Art Research Center， etc.

陳鎂，女，土族，1963年出生于青海省民和縣。現(xiàn)任青海省文化館辦公室主任，青海省書法家協(xié)會、攝影家協(xié)會理事，青海省美術家協(xié)會會員，青海省非物質文化遺產(chǎn)保護工作專家委員會委員，《中國土族》研究會常務理事，青海藝術品收藏協(xié)會副會長，北京翰墨緣書畫藝術研究院院士，中國國際書畫藝術研究院終身書畫家及國際交易聯(lián)盟理事，中國國際現(xiàn)代藝術研究中心高級研究員。
