淺談如何擬寫護理類英文簡歷

隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展，國際之間的交流越來越頻繁，社會對人才的要求也不斷提高。對于護理類的畢業(yè)生--21世紀(jì)緊缺型人才來說，擁有一份好的英文簡歷，將會很好提高自身的就職競爭能力。那么如何擬寫一份英文簡歷呢？簡歷在現(xiàn)代漢語中指的是簡要的履歷，在英語中指的是résumé 或curriculum vitae（簡稱CV）。它是求職者給招聘方的經(jīng)歷描述，是決定求職成敗的重要組成部分。英文簡歷的寫法有很多獨特的習(xí)慣和傳統(tǒng)，并非簡單地羅列個人信息那么簡單。

1.護理類英文簡歷包括的內(nèi)容

1.1 個人基本情況（personal information），如：Name， Sex， Date of Birth， Nationality， Martial Status， Religion， Health， Weight， Present Address， Permanent Address， Cell phone等。

1.2 求職意向（Position Wanted），如：A position as a nurse in the affiliated hospital of Shandong medical university .

1.3 學(xué)習(xí)及工作經(jīng)歷（Experiences），如：

Sep.2000 to July. 2004-graduated from the Nursing Department of Changsha Nursing College

Jan. 2004 to July 2005-worked as a nurse in the Medical Center of Hunan Medical University，

1.4 資歷（Qualifications）如. Bachelor of Arts in the Foreign Languages Department of Changsha Railway University

，major in English .

1.5教育程度（Education 、Academic Diplomas），可以包括主要課程。

July 1979 to Sep. 1983graduated from the Foreign Languages Department of Changsha Railway University with a BA degree…

還包括以下項目：榮譽和獎勵（Honors and Awards），技術(shù)資格（Tehnical Qualifications），特長（Special Skills），社會活動（Social Activities），愛好和興趣（Hobbies and Interests）等。

2.擬寫護理類英文簡歷的技巧

2.1 通常用點句即無主句，默認(rèn)主語為簡歷主人。多寫點句，三行以上項目符號標(biāo)出，便于用人單位瀏覽。為了表現(xiàn)自己語言功底扎實，也可以寫一些長、難句，但要盡量避免多次重復(fù)用I做主語。

2.2 涉及的時間要倒序，最近的學(xué)歷要放在最前面，即由遠及近，而不是漢語習(xí)慣的由遠及近。

2.3 單項標(biāo)題大寫，使得主題內(nèi)容更加醒目，方便雇主選擇性閱讀。

2.4學(xué)校名、地名全部大寫并加粗。如果簡歷是投向國外的，地名后一定要加上CHINA。

2.5社會工作，擔(dān)任班干部，要寫上職務(wù)；參加過社團協(xié)會，寫明職務(wù)和社團名，如果什么職務(wù)都沒有，寫\"member of club（s）\"。社團協(xié)會，國外一般都用club。不必寫年月和工作詳細(xì)情況，有些可留待工作經(jīng)歷中寫。這對剛畢業(yè)的學(xué)生尤為重要，將社會工作細(xì)節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中，有利于填補工作經(jīng)驗少的缺陷。同時，也顯得不是很羅嗦。

2.6一些外企、涉外機構(gòu)以及西方國家辦事很講究效率，求職意向務(wù)必要提前標(biāo)明，。如果向用人單位投遞簡歷的人很多，不先標(biāo)明求職意向的，用人單位很有可能先看標(biāo)明求職意向的，再看不先標(biāo)明求職意向的甚至不看。
