華爾登廣場開發(fā)項(xiàng)目是由長江/和記黃埔集團(tuán)在上海實(shí)現(xiàn)的最精美的產(chǎn)品之一。 整個開發(fā)項(xiàng)目由一棟40層高的甲級辦公樓（中心）和一個高端住宅項(xiàng)目組成，其中包括三棟住宅樓和四棟中層建筑。華爾登廣場坐落于聲名遠(yuǎn)播的徐匯區(qū)，周邊有多家五星級酒店、甲級辦公樓、大型購物商場，且離地鐵一號線和二號線的車站非常近。

占地960,000平方米的中心大樓整棟外墻安裝幕墻和窗戶，保證了壯觀的開闊視野，中心大樓以此為豪。辦公樓裝備了易于操作的活動地板，以滿足復(fù)雜的地板空調(diào)系統(tǒng)要求，并允許靈活地布置光纜、導(dǎo)線。廣場于2004年7月竣工，已然成為受到全球500強(qiáng)企業(yè)歡迎的辦公場地。

The overall development comprises a 40-storey Grade-A office tower (The Center), three residential towers and four mid-rise, high-end residential buildings are arranged to create an internal space that becomes a semi-public garden. Set in the prestigious Xuhui district, W alton Plaza is adjacent to f vestar hotels, Grade-A off ce buildings, large shopping malls and in close proximity to Metro Lines 1 and 2 stations.

The 96,000m2Center Tower boasts full-height curtain walls and windows to guarantee spectacular open views. The off ce tower is equipped with accessible raised f oors to accommodate a sophisticated under f oor air-conditioning system and enable a f exible layout and arrangement of optical cables or wires. The residential towers to the south of the site and low-rise apartment buildings to the north embrace a central multi-activity garden that creates a cheerful and exciting living environment. Completed in July 2004, it has become a popular address for Global 500 companies.
