As a typical social anomie behavior,salary arrears hindered the economic development and social ety”and its Correction of Social Work--Salary Arrears as anstability,breaking the trading rules of labor property rights,violating migrant workers’basic human rights and the legitimate rights.This paper argues that there are three main reasons led to the anomie behavior of salary arrears.First,migrant workers stand in the weaker side of the labor relations due to the segmentation of the labor market.Secondly,Labor contract can not be implemented effectively.Third, the unspoken rules in the industry are very popular.Furthermore,opportunistic tendencies and the lower cost of default because of the Employers’moral hazard also contributed to the occurrence of anomie behavior.To prevent the occurrence of anomie behavior,this article put forward the idea of the correction in social work from the three levels of government,business and society
