環(huán)球中醫(yī)藥雜志稿約

《環(huán)球中醫(yī)藥》雜志是由中華人民共和國(guó)衛(wèi)生部主管，中華國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)交流基金會(huì)主辦，國(guó)內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行的中醫(yī)藥學(xué)術(shù)期刊。本刊為中國(guó)科技核心期刊(中國(guó)科技論文統(tǒng)計(jì)源期刊)，美國(guó)《化學(xué)文摘》收錄期刊。本刊以“立足科技前沿，貼近臨床，服務(wù)讀者”為宗旨，以“打造科學(xué)性、思想性、可讀性俱佳的中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)期刊”為編輯方針，以國(guó)內(nèi)外中醫(yī)藥專業(yè)人員為主要讀者。

中國(guó)工程院院士王永炎教授任名譽(yù)總編輯，中國(guó)工程院院士、中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)張伯禮教授任總編輯。陳可冀、肖培根等7名兩院院士，100多名國(guó)內(nèi)外著名中醫(yī)藥專家分別擔(dān)任雜志顧問(wèn)、編委或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)。其中海外編委來(lái)自英國(guó)、美國(guó)、加拿大、中國(guó)香港等10個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)。來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)外中醫(yī)教育、醫(yī)療、科研單位的200余位優(yōu)秀中醫(yī)藥學(xué)者擔(dān)任本刊審稿專家。本刊2013年為月刊，大16開，80頁(yè)。國(guó)內(nèi)統(tǒng)一連續(xù)出版物號(hào)：CN 11-5652/R；國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)連續(xù)出版物號(hào)：ISSN 1674-1749。

1　文稿要求

1.1用稿方向本刊的主要用稿方向是中醫(yī)臨床研究，同時(shí)也歡迎中醫(yī)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究、中醫(yī)理論研究、中藥研究方向稿件。對(duì)介紹中醫(yī)在海外的生存現(xiàn)狀，海外對(duì)中醫(yī)的法律、法規(guī)、態(tài)度，國(guó)內(nèi)外中醫(yī)藥學(xué)術(shù)與文化的溝通與交流，外國(guó)民族傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)藥文章優(yōu)先刊登。重視綜述文章。對(duì)中醫(yī)護(hù)理、中醫(yī)院管理文稿和臨床個(gè)案報(bào)道擇優(yōu)刊登。

1.2開設(shè)欄目本刊在重點(diǎn)反映科研成果與臨床進(jìn)展的同時(shí)，重視學(xué)術(shù)思考與海內(nèi)外信息交流。主要欄目有述評(píng)、論著、理論探討、綜述、臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)、學(xué)術(shù)論壇等；特色欄目有中醫(yī)病案析評(píng)、海外中醫(yī)、爭(zhēng)鳴、中醫(yī)文化、名醫(yī)心鑒等。 本刊每年會(huì)設(shè)多個(gè)重點(diǎn)專題，圍繞專題寫作的文稿，將優(yōu)先審理和刊登。

1.3字?jǐn)?shù)和格式“論著”、“綜述”等以4000～6000字為宜，“臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)”等欄目須2200字以上。本刊歡迎長(zhǎng)篇稿件，重大科研課題與理論創(chuàng)新稿件不受字?jǐn)?shù)限制?！罢撝?、“理論探討”、與“綜述”欄目文章須有英文題名、中英文摘要和中英文關(guān)鍵詞。其余欄目都要求有中文摘要。中文摘要不超過(guò)400漢字，英文摘要以250～600個(gè)實(shí)詞為宜。

1.4作者簡(jiǎn)介、單位和基金項(xiàng)目標(biāo)注來(lái)稿要求有第一作者和通訊作者的姓名、出生年、性別、職稱、學(xué)位、學(xué)術(shù)兼職、研究方向，E-mail等。作者單位注明科室。本刊通訊作者指課題負(fù)責(zé)人，并非指稿件聯(lián)系人。本刊不標(biāo)注“指導(dǎo)老師”。第一作者為在讀研究生請(qǐng)注明入學(xué)年。若文題含有某專家姓名不應(yīng)再將其列為作者。基金項(xiàng)目只標(biāo)注基金名稱和編號(hào)，不標(biāo)注課題名稱。

1.5層次標(biāo)題和圖表體現(xiàn)層次的小標(biāo)題一般不超過(guò)3級(jí)。論文中圖要求有圖序、圖題，表要有表序、表題。文中所用表格一律采用三線表格式。文章的圖片要求附圖片格式原圖。

1.6參考文獻(xiàn)著錄格式執(zhí)行GB/T7714-2005《文后參考文獻(xiàn)著錄規(guī)則》。并參考《中國(guó)醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生期刊文后參考文獻(xiàn)著錄格式示例》。

2　投稿要求

2.1投稿方式本刊只接受電子郵件投稿，請(qǐng)作者以附件形式將稿件發(fā)送至hqzhyy@163.com。請(qǐng)勿寄紙稿，請(qǐng)勿把稿件寄給雜志社個(gè)人，以免延誤。投稿時(shí)務(wù)必標(biāo)注聯(lián)系電話。

2.2稿件查詢和撤稿本刊1周左右發(fā)回含稿號(hào)收稿回執(zhí)，一般2～12周左右回復(fù)稿件處理情況。如未及時(shí)收到稿號(hào)回執(zhí)和稿件處理情況請(qǐng)發(fā)郵件或致電010-65269860查詢。無(wú)論錄用與否，本刊均會(huì)盡早告知結(jié)果，接到告知前如欲撤稿，請(qǐng)務(wù)必郵件通知本刊，以免誤會(huì)一稿多投。

2.3文責(zé)與修改稿件一律文責(zé)自負(fù)。稿件必須附單位推薦信。推薦信應(yīng)注明該稿件無(wú)侵權(quán)、無(wú)一稿兩投、不涉及保密、署名無(wú)爭(zhēng)議等項(xiàng)內(nèi)容，并加蓋公章。編輯可能會(huì)對(duì)來(lái)稿做不涉及原意的文字修改、刪節(jié)，不同意刪改者請(qǐng)?zhí)貏e注明。凡擬發(fā)稿件，出版前都會(huì)提請(qǐng)作者核對(duì)樣稿。

2.4快速通道回復(fù)快、報(bào)道時(shí)差短是本刊特色之一。凡屬國(guó)家、部、省等科學(xué)基金資助項(xiàng)目者，請(qǐng)附該項(xiàng)目批文或標(biāo)書復(fù)印件，并在首頁(yè)地腳詳細(xì)標(biāo)明，加蓋公章，本刊將優(yōu)先審理發(fā)表。對(duì)基金項(xiàng)目的重大研究成果也可通過(guò)快速通道辦理。

2.5費(fèi)用2013年來(lái)稿免收審稿費(fèi)。稿件確認(rèn)刊載后請(qǐng)按《論文錄用通知》要求支付版面費(fèi)。稿件一經(jīng)刊用，贈(zèng)當(dāng)期雜志2冊(cè)。

TheGlobalTraditionalChineseMedicine(Huanqiu Zhongyiyao) sincerely invites the scholars of traditional Chinese medicine and other traditional medicines at home and abroad to submit professional articles.

TheGlobalTraditionalChineseMedicine, authorized by Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China and sponsored by China International Medical Foundation, is a traditional Chinese medicine academic journal publicly published at home and abroad. Under the purpose of being committed to the clinical research and readers’ service based upon the cutting-edge science and technology, we have been tracking the basic principle of establishing a scientific, ideological and readable traditional Chinese medicine academic journal with the foreign and domestic traditional Chinese medicine professionals as our main readers. The journal shall embody the latest academic achievements of traditional Chinese medicine, advanced technology and industry trends, deepen the international exchange and cooperation, as well as promote the industrialization and globalization of traditional Chinese medicine.

Wang Yongyan, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, honorary president of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, former president of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is the honorary editor-in-chief. Zhang Boli, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, president of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, president of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, vice president of China Association of Chinese Medicine is the editor-in-chief. Such 7 academicians from two academies (Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chinese Academy of Science) as Chen Keji and Xiao Peigen and more than 100 prominent traditional Chinese medicine experts at home and abroad have been our advisors and editorials.

TheGlobalTraditionalChineseMedicinehas been covered by China’s Core Journals (Selection) Database, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database, Chinese Academic Journal Web Publishing General Library. The journal is covered by the American Chemical Abstract (CA), the journal is source journals for Chinese scientific and technical papers and citations. The journal, 210×297 (mm), is composed of 80 pages with CN 11-5652/R at home and ISSN 1674-1749 abroad. Issued monthly as of January 2012.

The main columns of the journal are as follows: original article, expert view, traditional Chinese medicine overseas, EBM and TCM, traditional Chinese medicine culture, review.

1.The main part of the journal is composed of Chinese articles with English abstracts, and the journal accepts the English articles at the same time. The articles written in other languages are not accepted. You shall submit your articles in Chinese or English (please attach the English Abstract and Key words). And your original English articles shall be published with Chinese abstract. We will appreciate it very much that the author provides the Chinese abstract.

2.The academic research articles on traditional Chinese medicine or other traditional medicines in other countries, introducing the traditional medicine except for traditional Chinese medicine of the country where the author lives, such as traditional Japanese medicine, traditional Korean medicine, Ayurveda, traditional Vietnamese medicine, European herbal etc., and the current development conditions of traditional Chinese medicine in the foreign countries as well as the policies and regulations of different countries on traditional Chinese medicine and other medicines.

3.The article shall include title, abstract, key words (250～600 words), main body, bibliography, service institute and position, highest degree, research direction and email. The in-service students studying in China shall fill in visibly the study university, grade, major and telephone number used in China.

4.You can submit your articles to hqzhyy@163.com by E-mail, which would be reviewed by experts invited by the journal. We shall put the overseas articles passing the professional review in priority for publication.

5.The journal shall not charge editorial fees and pay royalties for articles written by non-Chinese first author.

6.The exclusive right, once published, of the articles including network communication right shall belong to the Global Traditional Chinese Medicine and China International Medical Foundation, the sponsor of the journal. The Global Traditional Chinese Medicine shall have the right to publish the articles in forms of electronic periodical, optical disc, web publishing and pay no remuneration. Any part of the article shall be transferred without the consent of the journal.

7.The article shall not be submitted twice with the original reserved by yourself. You will be notified on whether or not your article is covered within 6 weeks. If not, you shall be allowed to deal with it by yourself.

8.The responsibility and liability relating to the article shall be borne by yourself. The editorial department shall have the right to modify or delete part of the article. If not allowed, please state the reason visibly. The author shall consider the modification in terms of original meaning of the article.

9.Once published, the journal will present two current issues for you for free.
