w ill be held from 01 to 04 October 2012 in Saint Petersburg, Russia

The Conference is organized by Krylov Shipbuilding Research Institute (KSRI) – one of themajor Shipbuilding and Hydrodynamic research centers in the world. A tour around KSRI laboratories w ill be offered for participants. Organizer hopes to provide great opportunity to discuss the urgent problems of hydrodynamics in Culture Capital of Russia. Interesting cultural program w ill be also available.

Venue is Sokos Olympic Garden Hotel situated only in 2 Metro Stations from the Center of St. Petersburg – Nevsky Prospect with its amazing nice Architecture, Palaces, Museums – included by UNESCO in the world Culture Heritage.

Language of the Conference – English

All abstracts and full length papersmust be submitted in English.

Scientific Topics

Abstracts should be 250–350 words in length andmust clearly indicate the contents of the paper. The proposed papers can treat theoretical, experimental or numerical aspects. The abstracts ought to include author’s and co-authors’ full names,mailing and e-mail addresses, phone and fax numbers.

Review

Manuscripts w ill be reviewed by international experts. Accepted papers w ill be included in the conference proceedings.

Venue and Accommodation

Accommodationmay be arranged in the venue –SOKOS OLYMPIC GARDEN HOTEL by special rate between 120 and 140 € depending on room type.

Also for students we foresee possibility of accommodation at the Hotel “Prichal” (price about 70-80 €), 10 km from venue, one bus per day w ill be arranged for participants, alsometro station “Zvyozdnaya” is about 5minutes walk distance and 20minutes to venuemetro station “Technologichesky Institut”.

W eather: The beginning of October usually is “the Golden Autumn”. Average temperature is about +10 degree, sometimes it rains. Nevertheless one shouldn’t forget that St. Petersburg is the northernmostmegacity in the world.
