安氏Ⅱ類一家系分析

安氏Ⅱ類一家系分析

安氏Ⅱ類在臨床上較常見，但關(guān)于安氏Ⅱ類家系的報道較為少見。四川大學(xué)華西口腔醫(yī)院正畸科發(fā)現(xiàn)1例安氏Ⅱ類一家系（7例患者），并對其進(jìn)行家系調(diào)查和系譜分析。

2 討論

多數(shù)恒牙先天缺失受遺傳和環(huán)境因素影響，病因較復(fù)雜。先證者出現(xiàn)的多數(shù)恒牙先天缺失，可能與牙胚發(fā)育過程中受到某些因素影響有關(guān)[5]。恒牙先天缺失由于缺牙部位和數(shù)目的不同，以及受伴有的口腔不良習(xí)慣或唇肌張力大小等因素的影響，可形成不同程度的錯畸形，并影響頜面部軟硬組織的正常發(fā)育，對口腔功能和顏面美觀造成影響。

該類患者的遺傳方式有待進(jìn)一步研究，隨著基因組研究的不斷深入[6]，可以為遺傳學(xué)說提供更多的證據(jù)，揭示安氏Ⅱ類錯的遺傳規(guī)律、發(fā)病機(jī)制、診斷和防治措施。

Angle′s ClassⅡ malocclusion:A report of seven cases in one fam ily

A family with Angle′s ClassⅡ malocclusion was identified in West China Stomatological Hospital of Sichuan University.The proband was a 22-year-old woman with Angle′s ClassⅡ Division 2 malocclusion with congenitally missing teeth.A total of 15 members of the 3 generations in the family were investigated.There were 7 members（3males,4 females）with Angle′s ClassⅡ malocclusion in the family.The results provide the primary basis for further study to localize the virulence gene.
