新生兒疾病篩查足跟血采集兩種手法效果比較

【摘要】目的:探討簡(jiǎn)單、方便、一針成功率的采血方法。方法:采用兩種不同的采血方法采取新生兒疾病篩查的血標(biāo)本，觀察其采血的一針成功率、血標(biāo)本合格率。結(jié)果:兩組比較，實(shí)驗(yàn)組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:采用這種改進(jìn)的采血方法能有效的提高采血穿刺成功率，縮短采血時(shí)間，提高采血標(biāo)本質(zhì)量，縮短新生兒哭鬧時(shí)間，局部血供恢復(fù)較快，減少新生兒損傷，提高工作質(zhì)量，增加服務(wù)滿(mǎn)意度，減少醫(yī)患沖突，值得推廣。

[abstract]Objective:To investigate the simple and convenient blood collection method from heel that once sampling can succeed. Method:Two different blood collection methods was used to neonatal disease screening，to observe the success rate of once sampling and the qualified rate of blood samples. Result:experimental group is better than the control group. Conclusion:This improved method can effectively improve the success rate of once sampling，shorten the time of blood collection，raise qualified rate of blood samples and the quality of work，fast recover of local blood supply，reduce neonatal injury，increase service satisfaction and reduce conflict of patient and doctor，it is worthy of spreading.
