正譯：So far, hundreds of people have been infected with/by A H1N1 flu all over the world.

解釋：“受到感染”，應(yīng)譯為to be infected with/by。介詞with/by 后面的名詞表示“造成感染的原因”。而介詞through后面的名詞表示“感染的方式”。例如：
