However， according to expert travelers， the winter temperature of Lhasa averages about 12℃ and the daytime temperatures of winter in Lhasa can be even higher as a result of too much sunlight.

Mount Namjagbarwa， nicknamed “the father of the glaciers （冰川）”， is in the east of Tibet. The most beautiful scenery of Mount Namjagbarwa can only be seen in autumn and winter. As a result， Tibet winter travel has begun to catch peoples attention.

Beautiful spots for Tibet winter travelers are concentrated around Lhasa and Nyingchi.
