有一位教授曾經(jīng)問華為任正非:“人才是不是華為的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力?”
任正非答道:“人才不是華為的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,對(duì)人才進(jìn)行有效管理服務(wù)的能力,才是企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力?!?/p>

2022年6月,濟(jì)南召開市委人才工作會(huì)議,配套出臺(tái)集成性強(qiáng)、含金量高的人才政策“雙30條”。
2023年12月,濟(jì)南修訂出臺(tái)人才政策“雙30條”(2024版)。讓人格外關(guān)注的是,這次人才政策的優(yōu)化升級(jí),將前期廣受好評(píng)的青年人才“吃、住、行、游、娛”系列政策也納入其中,加大力度、長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)行,讓廣大青年人才長(zhǎng)久、充分享受“泉城禮遇”、感受城市溫暖。
2023年6月,濟(jì)南市高規(guī)格舉辦首屆“海右人才節(jié)”,組織五大類206場(chǎng)活動(dòng),以一座城市的名義禮敬人才。
2024年2月,濟(jì)南市通過法定程序設(shè)立“一日一節(jié)”,自2024年起,將每年的6月12日設(shè)立為“海右人才日”,并在6月12日至7月12日期間舉辦“海右人才節(jié)”,以專屬節(jié)日的方式,向人才致敬,為夢(mèng)想喝彩!

In June 2022, Jinan took the initiative to systematically sort out and optimise its talent policy, issuing the "Double 30 Articles" of Talent Policy at the Talent Working Conference. On 20 December 2023, Jinan revised and rolled out the "Double 30 Articles" of Talent Policy of Jinan (2024 Edition). In June 2023, Jinan held the first "Haiyou Talent Festival" to a high specification. In February 2024, Jinan introduced the concept of "Each Festival in Each Day" to honour its talented individuals. This initiatives reflect the establishment of exclusive festivals dedicated to celebrating the citys remarkable talents.
Jinans vision is to create a comprehensive, effective and powerful "talent service chain" that will bring about positive change and enhance the lives of its citizens.
